Alltel and Cingular/AT&T Puttin’ It To Sprint
What comes around goes around? As you may know I was very much against NASCAR suppressing AT&T’s re-branding to Cingular. And we all know it was NASCAR in the courts, but it was NEXTEL/Sprint backing the whole thing. As a Ryan Newman fan I was very happy to see Newman win the Daytona 500 [...]

PUTTIN SOME BLING INTO MY SPRING STEP
Well, just a little Sparkle in my Spring Step. Last fall I did a post on Blinging my Converse with Swaorski's. Over the last few years I have jazzed up lots of Flippy's. This year I wanted to do a little something different with the Flip Flops. Old Navy has the Flip Flops that I like for only $5 a pair, my kind of price. I picked up a few and with some left over Swaorski slide beads I glued them on the the Flippy's. I always use E600 glue for most everything I am gluing, to me it is the very best. I have always been a ballet flat kinda girl. I ruptured a disc in my back 6 years ago and after surgery it has been only flats for me! I picked up these cute Silver very Comfy pair at Target for a mere $16. I found some rhinestone button at the fabric store and took the back off the button a

      Puttin' on the parka
Today, we head to Steamboat Springs, Colorado for a mini-weekend getaway. Phil is performing at a corporate gig, and Amos and I will have the chance to take in the oohs and ahs of a beautiful mountain town and ski resort.Apparently, we are staying at a ski in / ski out hotel. That's pretty cool. It's close to the gondola. So, I leave you with some pics of Amos getting ready for his big mountain adventure. He is trying on some great little hats that my mother knitted for him. He'll look just dandy in his hat while we pull him around in his sled!Isn't he quite fetching? He looks a bit like a lumberjack in this one. Timber! Here is Amos as a longshoreman. The fish are bitin'!Did you get your Amos fix yesterday? Well, go back and look at him... Month 8.

Puttin' Up The Christmas Tree 2
Did You Put Your Tree Up Yet?I'm still fighting a cold but I wanted to help my Mommy, Grammy, and Pop-Pop put up the Christmas tree today. I wasn't about to let a little cold stand in my way! I remember all the fun we had doing it last year... Mommy dressed me up in a Santa Claus suit, I got a chance to play in the Christmas tree box, and we put all kinds of things on the tree. Grammy even started something called a "tradition". She got me a special thing called an "ornament" to put on the tree. It was a tiny sleigh with my name on it. When we finished with the tree and turned the lights on, it was really something to see! This year's "Putting' Up The Christmas Tree" was a lot different than last year. For starters, I couldn't wear my Santa suit because Mommy said I am too big for it now. I also discovered that it's a lot more fun to let everyone else put things on the tree so I can take them off! Of course, this meant we had to play a round of the "NO! and STOP!" game but, it wa

PUTTIN SOME BLING INTO MY STEP....
Well after a Very Tough Week Last Week I Needed something Fun and a bit Frivelous!! I have been wearing Converse Tennis Shoes for several years Now and Love them.. A few Years back they came out with this Slip On Style that has No laces that I Love. Anyway the Pair I bought last year actually wore out!! I mean the bottom Sole on the Right foot started to come apart. So I picked up a New pair, Brown this Year, cuz I thought it would go with lots of my Casual Clothes. Oh Yeah, I basically only wear Casual Clothes.. I decided to add some Bling and Fun to them,Since I have been working on my T's I was in the Rhinestone mood. It is Easy as Cake. Just a little E-600 glue,a little stick with some wax for picking up the Stones and your Crystals. I use Swaorski's , the color is,Light Colorado Topaz. I did the Toe,the top 3 lace holes, and the Converse Star on the Tongue and the Back of the shoe.. A day to let the Glue set and There you go!! Some Bling Bling in my Step.. I have done Flip F

      Puttin' It On
Now that Pete Doherty is kinda off the drugs, he's getting pretty fat. Don't you think? I see full on man-tits forming. Losing Kate then getting fat?! What else can really go wrong? Go back to the drugs Pete! At least that way you won't be fat. Calm down I'm only kidding. Don't do drugs, drugs are bad, blah blah blah. Anyway, that is all really, except that the pic above is Pete out in Paris yesterday.

Never Let Baseball Get in the Way of "Puttin' Your Thing Down"
A select group of beautiful people in Arizona don't just make a trip out to the ballpark to take in the playoff-calibre play of their first place Diamondbacks, oh no no no...these fans are there to prance their sweaty bodies around as part of the 'meat market' that is "The Diamond Club." This area behind centerfield which has a night-club atmosphere complete with sexy bartenders and clubbed-up denizens trying to hump each other in lieu of the game being played on the field, has become a hot spot since opening in April. It's populated by the buxom and beautiful, the hard-bodied and handsome. The people who pay $30 for a seat on one of the Diamond Club's two levels are the same people who are on the VIP and preferred-customer lists at a variety of Scottsdale nightclubs and magazines. On a recent Friday night, Vince Sanchez, 26, of Surprise, was in the crowd with his brother and a group of male friends. He said it's a pickup scene."Do you see all those girls over there?" he asks with

Puttin’ on the Ritz in London
The sun may no longer rise on the British Empire, but Britannia has bequeathed the world one bright legacy that has not yet lost its shine: the English gentleman. For those who would savor a turn in such civilized footsteps — far from the madding beefeaters and tour buses — behold this prescription for a gentleman’s day out in London Town.
