A customer asked about the process of Purging Open Items in the Accounts Payable module: “What does “purging” actually do? Does it remove zeroed items from reports only? Can you still look up these transactions in the history file?”
The Purge Open Items utility will remove all items with a $0 amount remaining. For [...]
The battle for heart and soul of the GOP has started and while some are calling to stop the excesses of the party and return to the basics:In the 2008 elections, Voters did not reject conservatism. They rejected Big Government Republicanism in all its forms, including the Bush administration and the Republican leadership in Congress....This disastrous defeat can and will be laid at the feet of the

Meet Chairman Markos Moulitsas Zuniga who, unlike fellow Greek know-it-all, Arianna Huffington, is a young man who Joseph Stalin would be proud to call a son. The ultra-left wing , waste of bandwidth, web conglomerate, The Daily Kos, founded and operated by Chairman Moulitsas ,with an eye always alert to deviations from ideological purity, has purged liberal blogger Lee Stranahan. His offense? Tiny coordinated twin togs are adorable. Webkinz and stuffed creatures of their ilk are charming x 2. But nothing, nothing tempts me with an irresistible pull as do children's books. Times two. Double Daddy has had it, and justifiably so. They both read on their own now, and many, many books in-house are could easily be classified as "below" their level.Am I the only one that cannot say goodbye to
After announcing that a mail purge was on the way for the server maintenance, a number of players stepped into the forum to express their troubles with items not being able to be unattached if they were mailed back to them automatically. At first the word was that Flagship Studios would look into the situation [...]
By Webster G. Tarpley6-7-8WASHINGTON, DC -- Yesterday's extraordinary simultaneous ouster of the Secretary of the Air Force and the Air Force chief of staff, followed by the naming of Trilateral Commissioner and Carter administration veteran James Rodney Schlesinger to purge USAF generals and colonels, dramatically documents the fact that power in Washington DC is no long in the hands of the

I just ate, reluctantly, the worst bagel in the history of bagels. It tasted like it was previously frozen and then microwaved to be heated up. Then it was toasted on the press, where they cook the fucking bacon. So then it's a greasy, previously frozen bagel that tasted similar to what cardboard would taste like if I was picking it out of my shit. I swear the fucking cafe downstairs is being run by retards. And not the cute retards that you see on TV snapping one liners, but the creepy retards you see in the park, humping park benches and spouting obscenities at children and soiling themselves. Those kind of retards. Thankfully, the one saving grace is that I brought a pop tart with me today for some strange reason, so I can wash the taste of that ass bagel out of my mouth. I just feel di

If you are running low on hard-drive space it may be time for a purge of files that you no longer use, or have no wish to keep any more. In my previous post on this subject I suggested installing and running the excellent Treesize to find out the size of each folder, and I explained how to clear the cache in your web browser. In this post I will describe what steps to take in a more general purge of unwanted files.Removing unwanted applicationsFrom the Control Panel and open either 'Add or Remove Programs', or 'Uninstall a Program' (if you use Vista). Go through the list of programs and remove any that you don't use any more. This may sound like obvious advice, but the easy availability of freeware programs means that many of us have collections of applications installed on our machines that we played with once or twice and then forgot about.Removing non-essential filesOver time, Windows collects various temporary files, logs and other non-essential files. To delete these, go to t
Thanks to Lancaster UAFIn a move that is so full of irony that the BNP had better check it for rust, news is emerging that Mike Easter, election agent to leadership-challenger Chris Jackson, is to be disciplined for late submission of the challenger's election expenses to the party treasurer. One would expect a party that is a couple of months late with its own accounts submission to the Electoral Commission to have had more sense that to make itself a target for ridicule in this way but Nick Griffin is presumably so anxious to punish those who assisted the challenger that he is prepared to ignore the laughs to get his revenge.Regular readers will no doubt recall his description of Chris Jackson's supporters as cranks, Hollywood Nazis, congenital losers, thieves and vermin - and all this in a single blog post - despite the fact that they included five founder-members, two advisory council members, three councillors, eight branch organisers and 20 election candidates. Not a great deal
The girl who is in the middle picture just requested to take on a second class. She has decided that she wants to work/travel in the U.S. when she gets older. This is why I love being a teacher. If you are a good teacher, you can help shape young lives!***Happy teacher***as for the purge....I was going to wait until the end of the year to start dropping some adult classes. But I have already started it. No time like the present. I don't have the room in my schedule anymore to entertain casual studiers. They will catch on elsewhere. Good luck to them!!
I have been a member of Free Republic for a number of years but Ive not been what you would call a regular there as I might go a month or more without stopping by. I am also a member of Democratic Underground (under a pseudonym obviously) and visit there almost daily. Plus I hold memberships at Conservative Underground and Neutral Underground forums. And at the last 2 I was also a staffer. Democratic Underground routinely goes through purges to eliminate one or another group of members. Initially I was baffled as to why they would want to ban some of their most prolific and well liked members. But once you realize what their true goals are it starts to make sense. My thinking is that David Allen, administrator of Democratic Underground and Jim Robinson, administrator of Free Republic, want to be recognized within their respective parties as political movers and shakers rather than just owners of a popular discussion forum. I can see no other real purpose of the purges other than
I have been reading...well trying to read Tim Gunn's Book; A Guide to Quality, Taste & Style- OMG it's dreadful. I love Tim Gunn (that's why I bought the book) but love this book I do not. The writing is horrible and the advice/ guidance is blah. I am hoping it will be get better- but I am doubtful.
Any-who, as bad as this book is it has inspired me to give my closet a much needed purging. Tim Gunn made me think 'why the hell do I keep clothes I don't wear?' Sounds simple enough, but I am sure we can all relate. Just random shit that you are waiting to fit into (although I do believe that every woman should have at least ONE piece like that- feels so good once u get into it), cheap clothes you wore once, something you bought just because it was on sale...you get the picture.
So began my purge. I got rid of ill fitting jackets, non-designer jeans that I would never be caught dead in, out of shape tee shirts, things with missing buttons that weren't even worth repla

I spent a good part of my morning cleaning up a few kitchen cupboards. I have an entire cupboard devoted just to sippy cups! I cleaned that out a little, and threw out some cups that were ready for the trash. I also rearranged the cabinet where my serving dishes live, because I couldn’t reach the pieces I really like to use. I moved a bunch of crystal bowls and trays from a really stupid location, where the kids could get at them, to a more safe and secure spot. I’ve been lucky that no one has ever broken one of those dishes, but my luck can’t last forever, so I moved them. And we have one of those plastic buckets you get at the casinos to keep your quarters in, completely full of pens, in another cabinet. I ruthlessly went through that thing, throwing out every pen that didn’t write, along with every pen I thought was ugly. Yay for spring cleaning!
After watching President Bush's press conference earlier today, I couldn't help but feel like we're seeing the beginning of a constitutional showdown here between Congress and the Bush Administration. Now, the firings of the US attorneys are somewhat shady by themselves. All of them had satisfactory job reviews and no reason for being fired, unlike all but two of the ten attorneys asked to retire in the previous 25 years. Clearly, there's an overt political reason here since they didn't pursue Republican goals enough. But that's not surprising or the real problem since US Attorneys serve at the pleasure of the President, and he can fire them at any time. The real problem is that Bush is refusing to allow members of his staff to testify before Congress under oath. The "reasonable offer" Bush kept referring to in the recent press conference is anything but. He will allow a bipartisan panel from Congress to interview Rove and Miers as long as it is not under oath, behind closed d
In a significant change to company policy, Google announced late yesterday it will begin systematic purges of personally identifying data from its search logs at least 18 months after it’s collected. The move could quash some consumers’ — and some governments’ — concerns about its intentions to harvest its now-colossal database of personal [...]
Today, I can across an e-mail sent by the so-called American Family Association, you know, the group that fights to protect families, so long as they are white, middle/upper-class, married, male, female, two children, two cars, living in a house families. The e-mail was sent to oppose to upcoming gay rights fight that is looming on Capitol Hill. Specifically against the Employment Non-Discrimination Act and hate crimes legislation. This appeared in the e-mail:"Employers will be forced to hire homosexuals.""Landlords will be forced to rent to homosexuals."It is sick and disgusting that we still live in a country where ANYONE would think this is OK. If somebody said "Employers should not be forced to hire African-Americans or women" we'd be disgusted, why is this any different. The AFA and other social conservatives are looking to purge America of homosexuals, it's that simple. They are out to persecute LGBT Americans. Just last week in Detroit, a very BLUE city, a 72 year old man was be
On Saturday, I did what I had been putting off for months--I cleaned out my closet. What I thought would initially take an hour to do turned into a five hour ordeal not helped by the fact that I had my Salsa Mix blasting on the iTunes. Every so often, ...
