MTV’s “Hills” stars Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are engaged.
Pratt , 23, popped the question to his 20-year-old fiancee on Tuesday night in Santa Barbara.
Spencer purchased a diamond encrusted platinum band with a pink stone for Heidi.
The couple have been dating for just eight months.
