"In the past a leader was a boss. Today’s leaders must be partners with their people.. they no longer can lead solely based on positional power." -Ken Blanchard, American Author and Management Expert, Ken Blanchard books and media//The traditional role of a manager is that of being the boss. Although all indications point to Jones becoming more involved in the offense, I believe we’ll see more of the same even with a new coaching staff. Barber will likely stay as the short yardage back and touchdowns will be in the 9-11 range but Jones should be an excellent fantasy RB3 and could put up low-end RB2 numbers. Barber’s average draft position is 49th overall and Jones 58th overall in 12-team leagues.
