Conclusion – small and friendly with plenty of Zoom-ZoomThe all-new MAZDA2 is an urban vehicle that’s comfortable and safe to drive, with a strong element of Zoom-Zoom fun thrown in. While being affordable and inexpensive to run with excellent fuel economy, it delivers practically the same level of Zoom-Zoom fun as Mazda’s larger vehicles. It’s a delight to drive, a joy to own, fun to use, and the most personable car in Mazda’s lineup. For the development of this brand-new model, the perspective was broadened from a Japanese to a global viewpoint. Mazda is confident that the MAZDA2 will earn the respect of many customers and that it will strengthen and expand the presence of the Mazda brand in sub-compact-car markets. The new MAZDA2 will be produced in Japan.

Plenty Of Mortgage Lenders To Choose FromBy: Michael SteriosIf you are looking for a mortgage for your home you may find that there are dozens of mortgage lenders to choose from that currently offer products on the UK mortgage market. The days of being forced to apply for a home loan from one of only a small selection of high-street banks has been firmly relegated to the history books.Whether you are looking to purchase or remortgage a property you should find that there are many different mortgage lenders willing to do business with you no matter what your employment status or credit history. These days, lenders range from high-street banks and building societies to smaller institutions and packagers who specialise in specific areas of lending such as buy-to-let mortgages and home loans fo

Time’s Greatest Mistakes of the Past Three Years
Originally, this was to be a story on “Time magazine’s greatest errors”. After a little cursory research, it was determined that a book would have to be written to cover that subject.
Part of the reason is Time’s been around since 1923. But a larger part of the problem [...]

You, like many other millions of consumers worldwide, want a product that features plenty of options and functions with the lowest cost possible. It’s completely understandable because it is the typical consumer mindset. Double DIN navigation with 6.5” LCD monitor typically sell at around $750 to more than $1000 per unit. But look take a look at the Valor NVG-670W, a feature packed in-dash navigation with plenty of “bang” and a lot less bucks than more popular navigation units. The first thing you’ll notice is the 6.5” LCD touchscreen display on the front panel. It is centered but bordered by a row of buttons on each side of the screen. This configuration does not make the unit appear to have an off-center installation like the Pioneer AVIC-D3. In addition, the DVD slot input

Microsoft Office 2007 has plenty that's new Office 2007 represents some very significant changes for Office users. Most notably is the ribbon menu presentation. Using this new feature is pretty frustrating at first, not because it's not better, because you have to unlearn the programs a bit. In the end, I like the changes, they put more power at your fingertips and offer a lot of new tools. One of my favorite finds is in PowerPoint. PowerPoint has a new tool called SmartArt. SmartArt gives you the ability to create eye-catching graphics that present relationships, matrixs, cycles, pyramids, hierarchy and processes by simply typing your core words and selecting some simple formating. The end product makes for some very nice graphics that aid in the telling of your story (The image above is

NV 790i pricing leaves plenty of margin - The INQUIRER: "ONE OF THE things that does not get out all that often is OEM pricing. With the recent launch of the NV 790i board, the high-end of the market went from $250 to $350. Where did that money go?Well, OEMs tell us that the money basically went into NV's bottom line. The cost to the OEMs on the 790i chipset is $110, a huge premium over the older chipsets. For comparison Intel, a company that never prices low, charges $70 for its X48.A good rule of thumb is that supplier cost ends up translating into about double the price they pay by the time you hand over your credit card. If mobo maker X adds a $5 heatsink to board Y, the price you pay for Y ends up being $10 more.Given this, the $40+ price gouge for the 790i will end up ramping board p
Folks!I have been to various places outside of Malaysia and seen a lot of new things. One thing that amazed me most is that we have a lot of people going on caravan vacations in the United States and United Kingdom. I wish one day we Malaysians could do caravan vacations as well here in Malaysia but so far to the best of my knowledge, we did not even have a place where we can buy caravans in the first place! Not even in Singapore!Seriously folks, we are missing a lot of fun. I have seen and met a few caravan vacationers in the past and I can see that they had a lot of fun since they were able to bring their whole family on their trip.Anyhow, I do know that caravan vacations are quite popular in the northern parts of Wales. It should since North Wales has a lot of breath taking sceneries. Y

Okay. Actinomycetes are a group (phyla, actually) of Gram-positive bacteria that like hanging out in soil and water (as decomposers of organic materials) and plants and animals (some are pathogenic, while others do the whole symbiotic thing). The Actinomycetes get their name from the fact that some of them form branching filaments that look kind of like the branching hyphae (collectively referred to as a mycelium) formed by fungi. In an effort to lessen confusion, Actinomycetes are now commonly referred to as Actinobacteria.Actinobacteria are neat because they tend to produce cool secondary metabolites, many of which have been successfully isolated and turned into useful drugs and other organic chemicals. In particular, an appreciable number of Actinobacteria produce antibiotics, which the

A woodland garden is a mini forest that requires quite a lot of room. The trees should not be so densely planted that nothing will grow beneath them. For best results choose only smaller-growing trees and space them at least 10 m apart. Too many evergreens clumped together will cast a big area of dense shade. If you mostly use deciduous trees, you will be able to grow a wide range of spring bulbs

There will be much debate for coach of the year in what has been a wacky season in the NFL. While there were some coaches we thought would already be looking for work, a couple of them are on the list for coach of the year. Here is our list as it goes, and trust me, I am sure that there will be plenty of discussion about the list.
NFC Coach of the Year
————————————
Mike McCarthy (Packers) - I realize that Wade Phillips, who has led the Cowboys to the top seed also deserves a lot of consideration, but who ever thought the Packers would be at this point? McCarty has pushed a lot of the right buttons, taking a running game that was nowhere to be found early on and getting a huge effort the last few weeks from Ryan Grant. Not to mention the play of Brett Favre and of course the play of the defense. After going .500 a season ago, the Pack are truly back in the NFC and are a legit challenge to the Cowboys.

For the first time since February of this year, housing inventory in Portland has decreased. Not by much, mind you, but just enough to stop the ever-growing trend of more listings and homes for sale. Inventory now stands at 8.4 months, reflecting October 2007's market activity, which is slightly less than the previous month's supply of 8.6 months. This means that if no other homes were listed for sale in the Portland metro area, the supply would dry up in 8.4 months. Does this signify a new trend towards increased activity and faster sales? Probably not. I seriously doubt it especially when you consider that the traditionally slow time of the year is upon us- the holidays. This just means that October 2007 wasn't as bad as September 2007. Portland's buyers market remains strong. Note that inventory today is almost double from a year ago. For the record, there are 15,567 active listings on the market. As for prices, they're up. The year-to-date average sales price of a Por
I like being the bearer of good news, so it’s with pleasure I announce that unemployment is at an all-time low in New Zealand.
It’s great news for the New Zealand economy that there’s an abundance of jobs in New Zealand. The overall rate of unemployment now sits at 3.5%, the lowest since records began 22 years ago. And this isn’t just a moment of job-fullness: unemployment levels have been below 4% for the last three years running.
But the good news isn’t as simple as that - the number of New Zealanders in employment also fell, due to a dropping rate of participation in the workforce. Um, what? Well, the number of people of working age who aren’t actively seeking work or currently employed rose by 18,000. The participation rate rises and falls with demand for labour; the recent drop follows two quarters of strong growth in employment (25,000 in March and 13,000 in June).
So, is the NZ job glass half-full? Yes! Overall, the number of people employed h

The list of questions that still need to be answered regarding Kelvin Sampson’s latest phone call fiasco is a substantial one. What was supposed to be the most anticipated Indiana basketball season since the early 90’s now has, as Indy Star beat reporter Terry Hutchens called it, a dark gray cloud hanging above. Instead of answering questions about D.J. White’s draft stock and Eric Gordon’s quest to become player of the year in the Big Ten as a freshman, the focus has shifted to Kelvin Sampson and whether he is the right man to lead IU. Let’s examine that and two other burning questions.
- Is Kelvin Sampson the right coach for Indiana?
A week ago, I would have given you a definitive answer of yes. Today, I would still say yes, but with far less conviction. There is no question that Sampson is a great coach. He gets the most out of his players and kids really want to play hard for him. However, the pristine image Indiana basketball fans have of their progra

An effective landing page is only as good as the visitors that it attracts. Hence, the next logical step after development of an effective landing page is to promote it. This involves attracting qualified visitors to it, by employing various online marketing efforts, viz. PPC or SEO , email marketing. Another frequently employed online marketing tool with the twin benefit of economy and effectiveness is Link Building. Link building is a practice of getting the other semantically similar websites to feature your link on their websites. Link building constitutes finding viable business partners willing to endorse your site. An authoritative link to your site counts as one vote toward your link popularity. By Sergio Cruz Why? You may ask and so may Roger, the answer is very simple. During the whole match Roger hit seven backhand slices and from this variation won 6 points, this is 90% success! He also hit one forced slice error as last resort on the stretch, which I do not count. What does this mean? Roger was being stubborn and wanting to beat Nadal at Nadal's own game with gruelling top-spin rallies. If Roger instead of hiting 100% of topspin backhands, had he mixed the slice only 60% of the times, statistically he would have won 50% more points! What would this mean for the match? Roger would have won the match in 3 straight sets! Mind boggling! Now I go back to why Roger did not use the slice and I have to go back to when men lived in caves, did not take showers, stinking like a swine was a macho thing, and they would rather die then shed a tear or two. Yes, it was about the "macho", ego, thing, "I am going to beat you at your own game". Costly mistake, you can not do that against Nad

I want to be tidy, I really do. Perfection, however, is unattainable...At the moment there are leaves and piles of yard waste in my yard. I know, I know, I shouldn't be freaking out about it. Yard waste, yard schmaste. Who gives a rip?Well, it looks like crap, and I'm a perfectionist... I cringe every time I open the blinds. And, as a homeowner, I have an obligation to my neighborhood to keep my yard looking decent. Right? In fact, I think it's on my lease somewhere...Yeah, I could go out and clean it up, but my yard waste bin is full... yes, that's my excuse... that and, oh, my arm feels like it needs to be chopped off.But... anyway...I'm just glad that there isn't a homeowner's association on my block -- I wouldn't want to get fined.... and based on the crap in my yard at the moment, I would get fined. The honeymoon phase of the new house has now faded -- I've been in the house about a month now -- and the reality of single woman homeownership is comin' at me in full forc

Of course, it's still hard to justify one of these things for editing and reviewing your photos when odds are you'll have a perfectly good PC sitting a few feet away, but when has that sort of logic stopped us in the past? Despite the season being about three weeks away, it’s never too early to check out some of the NFL betting odds for what is always a very interesting week one. One of the most interesting lines on the board for week one is the stellar matchup in San Diego as the Chargers battle the NFC Champion Chicago Bears. The Bears, fresh off the Super Bowl loss to the Colts, enter the game as a four to five point underdog. No question that that Bears will go into that game with a chip on their shoulder feeling disrespected.
There’s a battle opening day between the number one and number two picks in the draft, as the Raiders will host the Lions. That is, if number one pick JaMarcus Russell of the Raiders can somehow find a way to get a deal with the team done before September 9th. The Raiders are 1.5 point favorites to take home a win in week one of that contest. The Philadelphia Eagles head to Green Bay in week one, as Donovan McNabb takes on Brett Favre in a solid QB match

This week's Crewe Chronicle carries plenty of opinion about the proposed carve-up of Cheshire. Some is editorial, but a few readers have made their thoughts clear. I covered it on Crewe blog last Tuesday but there were no comments posted. It's a hefty topic, so you'd expect more Crewe folk to pitch in... wouldn't you? If the plans for two unitary councils go ahead then Crewe will get lumped together with Sandbach, Middlewich, Macclesfield and Wilmslow, all part of East Cheshire. One interesting possibility is that the government's long-term aim is to remove Cheshire from the political map completely. Surely that's taking things a tad far but D. Hutton suggested that we could, eventually, be swallowed up by Greater Manchester! Fascinating. So today, if you don't usually post comments, please drop a short message into the pot so we can gauge the overall opinion of Crewe blog readers... The other hot topic is the town centre redevelopment. Not for the first time there are suggestio
by Judy Wellsworth Hair removal processes have been long since let out of the closet, and are not hidden anymore from the media or from the knowledge of everyone: the women and men beauty magazines, special editions of TV shows, doctors and specialists that are invited to talk about hair removal methods have increased the popularity of electrolysis or laser treatment, of depilatory creams, and have given information about their application. We are not overwhelmed by information though, and it wouldn't hurt to list down all the useful methods with which hair removal turns into a success. Once upon a time, men came from work all bearded and stressed and women usually wore long skirts and long-sleeved blouses, but razors still existed: the parenthood of the industry of hair removal should definitely be granted to the razors. However, as time passed, new technologies have developed, and the trends have changed. Men nowadays want to have perfectly smooth bodies, with no repelling hair on
HONOLULU (KHNL) - Hawaii's airfare war is heating up once again. The three main interisland carriers are now offering round-trip airfares on their websites for as low as $40. There's plenty to chat about this weekend, but I thought that I'd use the opening block of today's post to give some of the local charities and community groups some exposure...First, if you're into walking and the outdoor life then maybe The Heart of Cheshire Challenge is for you. It's a 12-mile course around Delamere Forest to raise money for The British Heart Foundation. The South Cheshire branch of The Ramblers Association are organising the event and more details can be obtained from mcnallysa@bhf.org.uk if you'd like to take part on Sunday 16 September. Elsewhere, if the rain holds off, there's a charity duck race down at Macon Meadows at 2.30pm this Sunday. You can register a duck (of the plastic kind) if you get down there just after 2pm. All proceeds go towards local charities. Back to local issues and you can play a part in shaping the future of the railway in the town. There's a meeting at the LMR Club on Goddard Street this Saturday, between 11am and 1pm. I only not

There's plenty going on this weekend, in particular the 50th anniversary celebration weekend that commemorates our twinning with Macon in France. Really, it was way back in 1957 that Crewe dignitaries swapped Facebook pages and email addresses. Ok, more like phone numbers on the back of fag packets in those days, but the seeds were sown for future partnerships. If you believe the hype much business has developed between companies from both towns. Others might say that the get-togethers over the years have been nowt more that an excuse for a free lunch/evening meal for a few of our councillors. This weekend sees a Nostalgia Evening at Nantwich Civic Hall followed by events around the borough. There's a photo opportunity when four mayors gather in Crewe town centre on Saturday, with current Crewe and Nantwich frontman Maurice Jones meeting up with his equivalents from Macon, Bischofsheim in Germany, plus Dzierzoniow in Poland (which is a recent friendship-style agreement rather than fo
I recently came across this wonderfully bizarre series of Good and Plenty commercials that ran around 1959.
I’m not a big fan of licorice. Perhaps that’s why I don’t have the ability to make quarters cry, as our young friend George does in the first commercial of the series. For some reason, a bouncing piece of candy (a Good? a Plenty? Help me out here, Caitlin!) decides to share some moodle-agic tricks with George, which George then shares with his friends, including one girl who is wayyyy too turned on by all of this.
The bouncing piece of candy communicates with George through “Oodle-talk”, which, apparently, is a language much like English, but with unnecessary oodles thrown in. In the third commercial of the series, we are given a quick “Oodle-talk” run through by two more bouncing pieces of candy, who simplify it for us by spelling out the nonsense on the screen: good becomes goodle, delicious becomes doodleicious
The Atlanta Falcons are the most effective running team in the NFL; they lead the league almost every year in most yards per carry and rushing attempts too. So the three-headed monster featuring Mike Vick, to along with veteran Warrick Dunn and youngster Jerious Norwood, is a steady, balanced attack. Dunn will get you with the juke moves and cutbacks, while Vick has the blazing speed. But what does Mr. Norwood “wow” you with? Good question, and the answer is everything. A “true” number one RB needs to go inside and out.
Norwood can do that at 205 pounds going in between the tackles, and he has 4.4 speed averaging nearly 6 and a half yards per rush! He can take it to the house with that home-run ability shown against Arizona and Washington last year (78 & 69 yard touchdown runs.) Watch out for the Jackson, MS native, who played his college ball for the Bulldogs down at Mississippi State University. This former 3rd round pick is a second year pro who will turn
Your auto insurance company probably has a lot of your personal information, and that`s not necessarily a bad thing. For instance, auto insurers get a hold of your driving record, credit history, and other info to use in making decisions such as whether to cover your vehicles and how much to charge you for coverage. Many insurers use credit information to determine your insurance risk score. You`ll likely pay less for car insurance if you have a good credit score, a history of paying bills on time and no bad debt. Insurers see a direct relationship between your insurance risk score and the chances of you filing a claim. Conversely, an insurance applicant who has a history of being late on bill payments and who often opens and closes savings or credit accounts wouldn`t be as good an insurance risk. You won`t be able to obtain your insurance risk score, but you can assume that it`s comparable to your credit score.Providing insights on credit scoring/rating are insurance industry experts Ca
When we go out in hot weather we have to make sure that we take plenty of water, especially for me. I have a special travelling water bottle with a bowl integrated into it. If I drink all the water then Mum or Dad will get it refilled wherever they can, even once in a local stream. We don't have any Portable Water Filters so we just hoped for the best - it was probably cleaner than tap water
There’s plenty to do in Gatlinburg this time of year. We’ve been so busy that we haven’t had time to hike in the park or even stop in down at the artists loop at the edge of the resort. Passing thru the Arts and Crafts Community we’ve noticed that the artists and woodcarvers are in full swing. If you’re [...]

It won’t surprise anyone to hear how excited I was to find out I was going to receive some Fresh From the Factory (FFTF) Good & Plenty to review. Previously, we’ve sampled Fresh From The Factory Hershey’s Twizzlers and Fresh From The Factory Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. As you know from reading Brian’s reviews, he wasn’t terribly impressed with the Peanut Butter Cups, and he was very happy with the Twizzlers. How would the Good & Plenty fare?
I was, needless to say, giddy with excitement. I expected this Good & Plenty to be awesome. Finding edible Good & Plenty in stores is a bit hit and miss. I’d estimate my luck at finding edible (meaning, not so stale as to be impossible to chew) Good & Plenty to be about 50%. I assumed immediately that Fresh From the Factory would be the ultimate in soft, chewy goodness, superior to anything I’ve ever found in stores.
Alas, I was somewhat disappointed. Oh, it was certainly fresh,
With the trade deadline just around the corner, plenty of names are being bantered about, including the Reds Adam Dunn, whose name was mentioned here on the site last week. Other names that appear to be ready to go to the highest bidder include players Jermaine Dye, Mark Buehrle, Carlos Zambrano, Troy Glaus, Scott Rolen, Mark Teixeira and perhaps even Dontrelle Willis and Miguel Cabrera.Dunn could be the key name in the list above though, as he has power and really could help out an American League team with the ability to slide in the DH role and hit 15-20 homers throughout the rest of the season. His power is what is going to draw offers from teams. Zambrano is an interesting story, as he has been in the headlines more for his fight with catcher Michael Barrett two weeks ago then his record, which sits at 7-5 with a 4.89 ERA. Some say that a trade for Zambrano is just what he needs to get his career on track. As for others in that list above, Dye is hitting just .221 with 11 home
Since both Idol and Dancing With the Stars have ended their season, I found myself watching the Republican Presidential Debate. What a bunch of sorry white guys. Even Ron Paul is tainted by Republican poop.Of course, over at the Huffington Post, my candidate Ron Paul was mocked for his remark that he stood for the constitution. Taylor Marsh commented "How Quaint."Seriously, it is sad a political commentator outside of Tehran or Havana would have such a reaction.I don't like everything Representative Paul stands for. I don't like his views on immigration, which are more in synch with the views of Duncan Hunter than the Libertarian Party. And it sucked that he didn't raise his hand in response to Wolf Blitzer's question on who favored doing away with the idiotic "don't ask don't tell " gay/lesbian policy in the military (of course none of the stooges did).Since I am something of a paleoconservative I'm with Barry Goldwater on this, and think the most important qualification for m

A line of skin-care products bares all (and we mean all) to prove they have nothing to hide. Unlike the majority of advertising that only offers a peep show tease, these commercials for Elave (NSFW!) offer the full experience. Trimmed, shaved, hung, and even pregnant, the product is the last item keeping our attention. To view the commercial, click on the projector. Though quite the eye-catching campaign, advertising has a hard enough time keeping our attention span on the product without parading penises and pussies everywhere. Not too sure if this is an effective approach... Then again, what does it matter?Bonus NSFW! video stills (sans pink censored starbursts)[via]tags technorati : elave naked shaved skin trimmed

So what it is going to take for a team to take a chance on 35-year-old wide out Keyshawn Johnson? The former Panther today finds himself without a team, as Carolina announced yesterday that Johnson was shown the door, this on the recent decision of the team to go in a younger direction with their wide recievers. Johnson has a career in TV, but for now, some teams will think that he has 1-2 years left catching the football. Below are a few teams that will surely give Keyshawn a look.
Philadelphia - The Eagles are always one of those teams that seems to be in need of a quality wide out. Not that Johnson would be able to do what Terrell Owens did three seasons ago in Philly, but he would be able to add something to their wide out core. Reggie Brown and Greg Lewis were the two starters at wide out last year, so you know that Johnson could help this core in a pinch.
San Diego - The reciever core in SD is pretty weak, as tight end Antonio Gates led the team last year with 71 catche
Ever since the massacre at Virginia Tech, the bomb scares; school shootings; and suspicious packages have really gotten out of hand. Why worry about people from other countries scaring us, when we can do the job ourselves? I've had it up to here with this crap. We have one complete nut job kill and injure a bunch of people that didn't deserve it and so now every other asshole thinks they have a free pass to scare people. For instance, the jack ass at St. Edward's that couldn't just skip school like a normal person. He/She/It had to leave a note that shut the whole place down. Then there was the dummy at UT that thought it would be funny to shut down the library with a bomb threat. Jerk. Today, there was the asshole that left a suspicious package at the Austin Women's Health Center. Women that choose to get abortions don't leave suspicious packages at your house just because you don't agree with their choice. Get a life, dumbass. So for all of you people out there thin

It is a sad day when atheists accuse one another of not being sufficiently outraged by all things religious. It is almost as if some are now concerned with some sort of atheist street cred! The poor media, always weeks behind any meaningful development in the blogosphere, are now highlighting and amplifying conflict to make it look like we are a bunch of bickering idiots.Over at Friendly Atheist, Hemant was accused of being too nice to religion. I read Friendly Atheist regularly, and I applaud Hemant's content and the tone of his message. Just because I choose to be a bit harsher in my tone here does not mean that I value his contribution any less. If anything, I admire his patience and suspect that he will reach more of those who we might describe as on the fence than I ever will. When Hemant says, "I can’t believe I have to defend myself for not acting like a douchebag," I know exactly how he feels. You may remember that I was recently criticized along similar grounds. There are man

Cover the cutting board with waxed paper, so it's not completely beet-redded up. He cuts the ends off the red and golden beets and coats them with bit of olive oil, salt and pepper. Here's something interesting. He says he tends to over season them (on purpose), because he’s going to peel them and lose a lot of the seasoning. I’m trying to think of another case where that would also apply. Most other foods that you roast with the skin, you eat the skin. Hmmm. MC begins to boil down the tangerine juice for the dressing. If you can’t find tangerine juice, use orange, or I’ve used orange-tangerine juice, which is wonderful. He moves on to the salmon, which he explains can be cooked in 2

Is it time to eat yet?
Typical fans can go a lifetime without catching one single foul ball, homerun or a variety of other methods for snatching up a souvenir in the stands at a baseball game. Zack Hample is not a typical fan. Hample's claim to fame lies in his extraordinary -- and rather obsessive -- approach to watching a ballgame. The former college-level shortstop watches the catcher's set-up, pitcher's deliveries and the foul calls by the game's umpires. The rest of us normal fans are drinking and yelling incoherently -- in short...we're having a good time. Why does Hample pay such close attention to certain idiosyncrasies? Because he has spent his life perfecting the art of snagging foul balls and homeruns, and has accumulated nearly 3,000 major league baseballs."As a joke, I've been comparing my ball total to the all-time hits list, so I get a kick out of 'passing' Hall-of-Famers," he explained. He's already passed such legends as Rogers Hornsby, Frank Robinson, and Babe Ruth, who didn't catc

The great thing about changing the world is that we don’t have to have any great knowledge or be anything “special” I say that lightly because we are all special but that is another subject for a different day. We don’t have to do any great deed to change the world. We merely have to heal ourselves, be kind toward others and be kind to ourselves. Easy enough. Right? Well one would think so anyway. However, healing ourselves is perhaps the hardest part! What’s worse is that for some, they will never dare even face the truth about themselves as if seeing themselves for less than perfect would somehow destroy them. I’m not sure why looking at one’s self is so painful for some but it surely is. Those are the people I worry about the most. Because those are the ones that will never be at peace. We should never be afraid of the truth about our shortcomings. We are all human. We all make mistakes. None of us are perfect! Forgive yourself for not being perfect. Don’t be afraid o
