The Background: Ten days ago, I took the kids for a playdate to the home of Ashley, the bookkeeper from hubby's office whose two youngest children are the same age and gender as mine. The playdate had been arranged as follows: I bumped into Ashley at the school and invited her to bring the kids to my house; she replied that she doesn't have a vehicle during the day and invited us to hers.

Pete Wentz stopped by John Mayer's house yesterday to do some jamming. They also played guitar. Hi-OH! Anyway, two observations on our boy Pete here: 1. Was it really necessary to bring his own yogurt? John Mayer's rich. I'm sure he's got some Yoplait, or a butler that can drive to the store. 2. Didn't Pete just get married? Shouldn't he be home having worry-free newlywed sex with Ashlee Simpson
Today was a fun day for the Fathead we went to a Playdate in Toytown, she had so much fun, I haven't see her enjoying herself so much in a long time. She came back and took a long nap, she just woke up and still looks tired. The Boy was with us too but he slept most of the time. I totally recommend this place to everybody, to bad is far away from me but its worth it. My Playdate was with a mommy from Maya's Mom, I think she is a great lady and hope she will get together in the future for more Playdates if not its ok too I still enjoy myself today. Hope I meet more moms like her to make friends.
Today for the first time in a long long time Fathead left her hair alone for more then 4 hours, I couldn't believe it. Plus she had her first playdate, she was so excited, as soon as we arrive she smile, for sure she was thinking "Wow toys, kids" plus they were snack and food there.

Some months ago Alex and I joined a local group here in Greenville and we now have the privelege of attending playdates on a regular basis. Luckily, I am part of a wonderful group, and never had to give playdate etiquette a second thought until I started hearing horror stories from relatives and friends regarding their experiences in their respective playgroups. Apparently there are actually parents out there who don’t know what’s expected of them (and their kids) when attending a playdate.

I apologize to everyone trying to reach me, but apparently Yahoo mail has decided my email is no longer worthy. I have absolutely no idea what is going on, but it’s BEEN going on since Friday, and I am quickly running out of patience. Where do we begin describing this Party Island event? This was an exclusive Summer PlayDate by Party Island held last 13 April 2008, Sunday 4pm at Two Serendra Social Hall which was a double celebration of Party Islander Bianca Lapus' uber handsome son "YCE" who turns 10 this month! We provided the SUMMER & "YCE" CREAM themed arts and crafts activities.
