Pirelli & C SpA has acquired 10.8 mln eur of shares in its unit Pirelli & C Real Estate SpA on the market, equivalent to about 1 pct, said Pirelli RE.According to stock market regulator Consob, Pirelli already controls 55.1 pct of Pirelli RE, including Pirelli RE's own share stake of 2.7 pct.

Fuente: finanzas.comEl fabricante italiano de neumáticos Pirelli aumentará entre un 4% y un 9% los precios de sus neumáticos para turismos y motocicletas en las regiones de Europa, Oriente Medio y Africa, informó hoy la compañía.Pirelli indicó que este incremento de los precios, que se hará efectivo entre los meses de abril y junio, es consecuencia de la subida de los costes de la energía y de las materias primas.La multinacional italiana cerró 2006 con unas pérdidas netas consolidada de 1.040 millones de euros, frente a los 399 millones de ganancias registradas en 2005, como consecuencia de una depreciación de su participación en Olimpia.
La cifra de negocio de Pirelli alcanzó el pasado año 4.841,2 millones de euros, lo que se traduce en una progresión del 6,5% respecto a los ingresos de 4.545,7 millones de euros contabilizados en el ejercicio anterior.
