      I love just spreading the word of Pilates to people who need it and haven't done it. In teh past few weeks I have seen clients with hip replacements, reconstructed knees, osteoporosis, ruptured lumbar discs. I have seen people with limited use of an arm, a knee that won't bend, and scoliosis. Pilates has helped all of them! They have all felt better and left with studio referrals for home.
