Print your image out onto an inkjet transparency sheet. Tape transparency to a pane of glass. A picture frame works well. Use a stencil-cutting tool to cut image out. Stencil cutters are heat tools that melt the plastic to cut out the stencil, they are found in all craft stores, usually with the woodburning tools. Spray the back of the stencil with stencil adhesive. Place stencil on shirt or other object, push firmly on stencil. Tape newspaper to outside edges of stencil if you don’t like the look of overspray. Use fabric spray paint if you can find it. Regular spray paint will need to be handwashed and air dryed. Spray in short burst. Cover area and let soak in for a few seconds. Spray again. The completed shirt

Photojojo has a kinda cool tip for turning your wine glasses into creative picture frames up on their blog.
This could be an interesting project to undertake for a party where you somehow had a picture of every attendee available - and had the patience to make these ahead of time. If done right though I think the results could be remarkable, especially at a winery event.
There are a few drawbacks though. They include:
Not being able to wash your glasses without melting your pictures.
You can’t see through Pinot (or any red wine for that matter), which drops the coolness factor precipitously.
You have to look at your own wildly distorted visage while you drink. For me at least, this is a real deal breaker. I look goofy enough without throwing in the funhouse mirror effect. That’s just piling on.
Still, if you’re the Martha Stewart type and are feeling crafty, the tutorial and all the gritty details are here.
Do you love gumballs but don’t have the room for the floor stand or tabletop variety? Or are you just looking to display your favorite candy like a work of art? Coming in at around 12 inches, the Gum-Wall has the appearance of a flattened gumball machine mounted against a mirror and stuck into a picture frame.
The machine is fairly flat, and it appears that you can only add one layer of gumballs, but that still should add up to enough to last you quite some time (and it’s refillable). This would go great in a kids room or you could put it in your cubicle and be everyone’s new favorite coworker.

We’re great fans of Philips’ digital photo frames since we got our hands on one a while back, but, as great as the Philips digital photo frames are there’s a new kid on the block in the shape of Mustek’s PF-T80R Ality Digital Multimedia Picture Frame and, we’ll be frank here, it beats all other digital photo frames into submission without even breaking into a sweat.
Boasting an eight inch 800 x 600 resolution 4:3 aspect ratio active matrix TFT mirror finished screen, the sleek Mustek Ality comes not only with an inbuilt clock and calendar but also MPEG-1/2/4 and WAV file compatibility (as well as standard JPEG and Bitmap file formats) which, thanks to the inbuilt stereo speakers, allows the playback of animated clips as well as still imagery.
The until comes with 256MB of internal memory with expandability being facilitated by the inclusion of MMC, SD, CF, MS and MS Pro memory slots as well as a remote control and a rechargeable battery allowing for cordless operation.

I actually already have a free magnet picture frame that I got a while back from a different site, so I’m hoping this one is just as cool as the first. I like to leave the default pictures in the frames though and after a while, I have a little collection of random people I’ve never met. Then I make up names and background stories for each of them and start to pretend that they all know each other and interact all the time. Then my doctors usually walk in and give me my shots and medications so that the crazy people in my head don’t tell me to burn things.
