We brought back some chips from our honeymoon in the Mediterranean. We decided to try the Chio Paprika Chips last night, which we purchased from Greece but then realized that they're actually from Germany, oh well...The chips were reminiscent of the New York Deli Kettle Cooked Jalapeno Chips, a thinner and non-spicy version. We liked them and finished the bag but won't miss them.

Paprika is a feature length science fiction anime film that is based on the 1953 novel Paprika by Yasutaka Tsutsu. The film was directed by Satoshi Kon who's directorial work’s include Perfect Blue, Tokyo Godfather and Paranoia Agent to name a few. Paprika premiered in the 2006 Venice international film festival in September of that year and then showed at the Tokyo international film festival in October. After that it made its way across the world showing at other film festivals. In the not to distant future a revolutionary new treatment in psychotherapy called PT is invented. The device used in this treatment is called the DC mini and it allows the user to view their patient’s dreams. This is one of my favorite baked chicken recipes. Not often I get to eat it since it is not kosher. However, for those who doesn’t care about kosher you will enjoy skinless, boneless chicken pieces baked in a rich sauce that includes sour cream, dry sherry, and water chestnuts. Ingridients: 1 cup flour 2 1/2 tsp. paprika 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper 1/4 tsp. ground ginger 1/8 tsp. nutmeg 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper 10 to 12 chicken pieces, skined and boned 1/4 cup butter 1 large clove garlic, finely minced 2 1/2 cups chicken stock 2 cups sour cream 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 cup dry sherry 15 water chestnuts, drained and sliced Preperation: Preheat oven to 325 degrees (). In a bag combine flour, paprika, cayenne, ginger, basil, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Shake chicken pieces, a few at a time, in flour mixture.
