ONE REPUBLIC - HEARING VOICESONE REPUBLIC - TRAPT DOORI think we all know by now that OneRepublic's debut album "Dreaming Out Loud" was offically released today and I'm sure your all getting your copies, lol. This routine has become quite frequent lately an album is leaked, released, and then comes the Bonus Tracks. So let me get right to it and give you guys 2 Bonus Tracks that you would have recieved if you bought your copy at Target or Circuit City. First we have "Trapt Door" a midtempo track that would have fit right along with the album, and "Hearing Voices" one of my fave tracks so far it's a great ballad. One Republic has an album soon coming out Ive not heard any of the album but I hung onto their other tune ‘Apologize’ produced by Timbaland so I’m sure some of their other songs can match that too.

You cannot knock this brotha Timbaland, hes proven his dominance in the obvious genres such as Hip-Hop and R&B and so the only other apparent thing to do, would be branch out (make some of that alternative money, ya dig?). ‘Apologize’ is the next single off of his album “Shock Value“, which in my opinion is very solid, but it does take a certain level of appreciation and open mindedness to dig, I mean the brotha does feature Elton John, and The Hives and all on that joint… Enjoy Tim’s simple yet substantial video after the break. I Know This Is Not Exactly 'News'; "Apologize" Has Been Doing The Rounds For Ages Now, But I Just Couldn't Leave The Video Without My Own Special Opinion On It.In short, I Don't like it. I am a little annoyed that they did not make more of this song, it is such a brilliant track, very unlike a "Timbo" song, & with the right video, it could have been 'Epic'. Obviously, Tim is trying to introduce "One Republic" to the mainstream world, that seemed to be the very point of the song.Still, I wanted an inspiring, expensive video, some artistic imagery with some over the top, emotional, first clenching drama. This week I am featuring a song I instantly fell in love with. I first heard it not too long ago. Although I had no idea who it was by until I found it online, I was glad I did. Now I can feature it here. :D
I enjoy this song mostly for its vocals. Although I'm changing it up a bit by giving you a video instead of just a player, I think its worth the watch. Not even the video shows the face of the singer, but he has a phenomenal voice. I know this because I have also listened to the original version that doesn't have Timbaland in it. Just One Replubic singing his heart out.
The beat of this song is great, and the way the melodies transition with the voice compliments it well. This is one of those sort of sad, sort of rythmic, very powerful songs. If not the only one, he he. I love it.
