I started this blog over a year and a half ago. Since then, I have posted every "green tip" I can find. Buried in the 350 posts are lots of great pieces of advice. For the amateur environmentalist just looking for some good places to start changing their habits, its too time consuming to search through all that information.
So today, when I stumbled on a list of green tips on MSNBC.com,
It’s summer time, there’s no excuse for constantly being a day behind on my TV viewing. It’s funny how that works. During the Fall I won’t let myself get behind because I know I won’t be able to catch up, but right now I tend to opt for an earlier bedtime and DVR-ing things. Which [...]

How cool would it be to have a way to automatically record all your thoughts?
It has happened to me so many times that I would be doing something away from the computer and all these great sentences and thoughts would get into my mind. Good ideas to blog about, interesting questions and different views, only [...]
I didn't have any time today for blogging, but I've read the Romania in one post - The thoughts of an IT professional and it really troubled me and made me unhappy. I couldn't find who is the guy writing this blog, no about page - it's like he is hiding from Google but reading in between posts I found out he left Romania 15 years ago.
I've read somewhere that Romanians are the nation that hurts itself most from all the other nations in the world by the bad publicity made by it's own people. It seems this is the case here as well.
NOTE: if you are reading further this post, I don't have anything personal against the named blog and owner.
Ok, so the reason it got me so discontent and ready to put work aside to answer his story is that while what he is saying might be true, I couldn't find a single good word about Romania. And I need to make things right by commenting on some of his ideas and bring some more new ones. So from the long list of complains about Romania I will st
By no means am I new to blogging, I’m certainly new to writing about blogging so don’t feel like I have to write about the same things over and over again (not sure how long that’ll last). One thing I did notice recently in that 1 Post I received 12 comments when I normally didn’t have any, most of those saying they bookmarked the post and because the subject of the post was very general to my niche I’m now seen as more of an authority.
So, what did I write about?
Well the answer is simple…I wrote a list. The list I wrote was regarding the best blog posts ever written in my niche, and you can do exactly the same for your niche. Don’t cringe at the thought of giving away all that ‘link love’. Your site is for your readers first and search engines second. If you know that you are going to raise your own status and provide tremendous value for your website visitors then who cares about search
engines? They will probably still rank the
Where I said I was a published playwright? Yeah? Well, now I actually am a published playwright! Before, my play was just contracted, and now it is officially available for sale. I think the website works a little like iStockphoto, where someone can preview the plays in their library online, and can then order copies of the plays they want to use. And that's when I get my royalties, assuming my play is ordered/used. But right now, I'm just pleased that my silliness made it through Lazy Bee's review process and is now in their library. So, want to see it? It's a one act comedic SFF written for teens. A Whole New World.
(Archived in: Weblogs and Business Social Design)What would happen if on one day 30,000 bloggers in unison made a one word post? That's the blogosphere challenge initiated by Rick, Brian and Carol. This was the concept as presented to me by Carol as she joined my community space on MyBlogLog. Just a short compelling message asking if I would join the list and participate. The idea intrigued me and piqued my viral curiosity, since I had to link to one of her blogs, "My View of It", to see what it was all about. I since have added the information as a side bar to my 3 blogs.A subsequent comment I made to one of Carol's posts, resulted in what she calls a "Shout Out" (thanks again Carol). To save you the time of searching to find out what this is about, here is how it works: Send an email to brian@bravehumans.com with the subject: Yop!In the body of the email list the name of your weblog, and the URL.Your weblog will be added to the list below.Tell your friends who blog about it, and
