Vous vous rendez compte que vous posez cette question à un congolais et non pas à un rwandais et même si nous sommes vraiment proche, il n'y a qu'un lac qui nous sépare, nous avons toujours vécu nos positions politiques différemment.
Je sais que lorsque les blancs sont arrivés au Rwanda, ils ont rencontrés les Tutsis qui étaient les maîtres. Ils étaient organisés politiquement. Il y avait le roi, les princes, les notables. Le pays était partagé entre ces princes et ces notables. Quelques Hutus avaient un rôle de notable.
