The folks at Peta are really going after the Olsen Twins, calling them the Trollsen Twins and to coincide with the ad, PETA has also launched a new web site devoted to "Hairy-Kate" and "Trashley." They also made new new promo ads. The new ad features the twins above the headline "Fur Is Worn by Beautiful Animals and Ugly People."
It features, among other things, a mash-up video (below) called "Full House of Horrors," in which footage from the twins’ former hit TV show is interspersed with – you guessed it – scenes of animals being killed for fur

Looks like those Olsen twins just can’t do anything without the other one. Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen want to have matching nose jobs. Oy! They have already consulted Dr. Raj Kanodia of plastic surgery capital of the world, Beverly Hills. According to a source who told In Touch Mag:
“Ashley has always thought her nose was a little too big, so she wanted to get it done. When she talked to her sister about it, she loved the idea. They both love changing their looks. They thought this would make them look more polished.”
More polished? Um, then they need to have a lot more done than a friggin’ nose job….
Dr. Kanodia sure has been busy lately…he is the same doc who did Jennifer Aniston’s nose job to repair a deviated septum, Cameron Diaz’s nose, which she broke while she was surfing, and Ashlee Simpson’s “I’m so jealous of my sister” nose.

Every time I see a photo of either of the Olsen twins I am so inspired. I just adore their style. I love the textures, the use of lots of black, a hint of color (in the red bottom of a Christian Louboutin or red nails), bits of fur and the most beautiful bags. The bag that MK has been carrying lately is SO awesome (see the two pics above and below) and it reminds me of my Morabito....(which btw is ready to be picked up from Artbag....I'm SO excited) so classic, will last forever and just timeless in that old Hollywood glamour way. I will post a pic of my Morabito next week.Anyway, thought I'd post a whack of Olsen inspiration as the weather is FINALLY warming (well a bit, at least here on the East Coast) and we can trade our bulky layers for soft flow-y layers and dress how we'd like instead of how we must in order to deal with the weather. Olsen Twins Are MURDERERS!!! Despite requests from PETA and their fans to stop wearing and promoting fur, the granny Olsen Twins continue to be the walking advertisements for the fur industry. Don't they see just how many poor kittens they have killed just to have a homeless person's coat?Their fur promotion after tons of bad press is utterly disgusting and totally disappointing. They have even posted photos of themselves wearing fur on their blog.May the Evil Twins be reincarnated as animals on a fur farm...By the way, Ashley has a crush on conservationist Leonardo Decaprio. I wonder if he likes women in fur. I'm think not!
