I am thinking of buying this Richard Simon's NEW "Sweatin' to the Oldies" 5 DVD set. I like his fitness videos because all parts of your body will be moving most especially the arms. I need a lot of arm and shoulder movement exercise because of my shoulder pain. Some exercise only focused on legs and some part of the body, but Richard Simmon's exercise steps will make all parts of your body move.

endlich gibt es wieder mal etwas Sinnvolles zu berichten. Am Wochenende haben mich meine Eltern besucht und wir sind zusammen ein wenig durch Irland gezogen. Die Beiden hatten sich schon am Flughafen einen Mietwagen besorgt, so dass wir entsprechend mobil waren.
Am Freitag Morgen sind wir von Limerick aufgebrochen mit dem Tagesziel Galway. Auf direktem Wege sind das nur reichlich 100km, die mal locker in 1 1/2h Fahrtzeit schaffen könnte, aber wir wollten ja auch was von von Irland sehen. So haben wir uns entschieden die Küstenstraße im Westen zu nehmen. So konnten wir bald frische Seeluft schnuppern und die berühmten “Cliffs of Moher” waren auch nicht mehr weit. Nach den Cliffs sind wir dann noch mehr oder weniger zufällig durch “The Burren” gefahren, was eine einzigartige, eiszeitliche Kalksteinlandschaft ist. Fotos gibt es hier.
In Galway angekommen, sind wir ins bereits gebuchte B&B eingecheckt und anschließend in die City gegangen um Hung
