Why? It's simple. Since I'm only a junior staff, with no control even on a development project that the IT department should be assisting me with, but HE did not lift a finger throughout whatsoever, then why am I doing things beyond my "expected knowledge"? I noticed an issue with the web server load, I went to seek help because HE isn't willing to help, and somewhat found a solution (thanks to Teck).
