Why?
It's simple. Since I'm only a junior staff, with no control even on a development project that the IT department should be assisting me with, but HE did not lift a finger throughout whatsoever, then why am I doing things beyond my "expected knowledge"?
I noticed an issue with the web server load, I went to seek help because HE isn't willing to help, and somewhat found a solution (thanks to Teck). I inform HIM about it because Server Maintanence should be his job. Wrote it in an email, stating the initial problem and the solution, and at the end of the day, instead of just acknowledging the matter, HE BARKS AT ME!
