      Canadian Provincial Nominee Program
In recent years the Canadian Government has entered into bilateral agreements with eight provinces and one territory allowing these governments to nominate a pre-determined number of persons annually to become permanent residents of Canada whose job skills can be matched with the skilled worker shortages in that province. The province of Ontario will be included in the program sometime in 2007. Quebec selects applicants using its own program and selection criteria. Each of these provinces has different selection criteria, passmarks and procedures. This year approximately 10,000 persons are expected to arrive in Canada through this route and a greater number is expected next year. The major advantage of being nominated under a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) is that a Canadian Embassy will give an applicant priority processing of his/her application for permanent residence to Canada once it has received a Provincial Nomination. Not only did Dr. Holsinger help found a church that views homosexuality as a choice that can be "cured," but his writings reflect his beliefs that homosexuality is unhealthy. If you are like me, you are asking yourself what a physician is doing founding conservative churches in the first place, but let's set that aside for now. Who will be the Democratic Nominee?
Last time I checked, we're 18 months before the election! 18! Despite the long amount of time between now and Election Day, candidates are already preparing for a massive fight. Since the Democratic race is virtually between two people already, we can better predict who will eventually be nominated.First, lets take a look at the Democratic candidates, well.. the important ones at least.Hillary Clinton is currently the frontrunner in the Democratic Party, but why? People have been speculating a Clinton candidacy for ages - since 2002. Now, the democrats are very happy that a strong, formidable and recognized candidate stepped into the ring. She may be the frontrunner, but Hillary is losing momentum at an alarming rate, making the next candidate more likely to win the nomination.Barack Obama is the other 'major' candidate in the Democratic Party. He was brought to the national stage with a speech at the 2004 Democratic convention, and has never turned back since. Normal people like Ba
