Many of us have forgotten our New Years Resolutions while some of us are still maintaining our lofty goals! Personally I am working on maintaining and improving my health overall for 2008 and beyond. Of course prostate health is vitally important to me and so is keeping a high level of cardio fitness through bicycle racing. You don't need to take things to extremes like I do but you can do a few things daily to help you. Eat healthy everyday - sounds hard to do but it can be maintained if you make it a habit.Exercise 3 times a week.Take a 15 minute walk at lunch time or after dinner. My goal is to have my new years resolutions actually stick this year so every few months I am going to do a check-in with myself to keep me honest. First The Parties: This was a weekend to be remembered. We did have any themes, just great parties, great music and great people. Oh yeah and some sex along the way too. Well it's Jan 2nd 2007 the Christmas and New Year annual weight gain program is over; once again I have successfully eaten and drunk my way though 2 months worth in 10 days. Britney received a hefty $300,000 from Pure nightclub for hosting the event. Many speculate that Britney's hard partying ways are starting to catch-up with her. However, the singer's recently rehired representative, Larry Rudolph claimed that "the mother of two was just catching some Z's and by about one o'clock, she was just done, so we took her out," He also stated that "she was not drunk; Britney was just tired and fell asleep."

We met the travel agent rep at the appointed location, the metro station Euljiro-1 in Downtown Seoul. For reasons unknown this was not the actual start point for the coach to the resort, but a short walk away. We settled ourselves in the comfortable large coach, the five of us were almost the only passengers. There was a short stop at Jamsil where we paid for the bus 26,000 Won per adult return.
