Last year was a good year for anime. I enjoyed anime like Seirei no Moribito and Claymore that premiered last spring, Naruto returned with Shippuuden and Gundam 00's first season got better with each episode. It's spring again and as usual brand new anime are premiering and a few are enjoying a continuation of their stories. After looking at write ups, previews, trailers and checking out at least one episode of most of the series that have started so far these are the three series I am most looking forward to:
The Tower of Druaga: Aegis of Uruk
It has demons, references to gods, great animation, art style, costume design and a somewhat interesting story (at least on paper). I've checked out only one episode so far and althought not overly impressed I'll be sticking around for a few more

I don't know why we have the concept of the New Year's resolution. The New Year time of year is cold, dark and wintery. In those conditions I'm not very resolute about anything.But this time of year, when we get towards spring and the sap is rising, you feel invigorated to do and achieve.That's why I've left it till now to get more exercise equipment from my mini gym. Wow, how gorgeous is this new lace dress available at Curvety.com. It is almost sold out already but I am assured it will be re stocked as soon as possible. I love Vera's play on proportions and smart color choices in this latest crop of looks from her Simply Vera by Vera Wang collection for Kohl's. She mixes various volumes and lengths, adds a touch of brights tempered by subdued hues, and incorporates some of the whimsical watercolor, painterly prints that are so popular this season. When you add it all up, everything about her collection suggests she takes women seriously. Comfortable, dare I say, practical looking shoes suggest she respects the fact that women actually have places to walk to without pain or breaking an ankle. She's also succeeded in convincing me that an anorak can be both functional and cute. Even the way the lovely models are styled says, "We can think, too." It's just refreshing, that's all. Bravo.

Okay! The new spring/summer collection is out by Monsieur T and to be honest I was not THAT impressed... Or let me put it in another way, I was not really impressed by the men's t-shirts. Is it because I'm a woman? Maybe... So anyway, one design I marked out though, is the Hermit; it is artistic, funny and sooo summery! If you take a closer look you'll notice a poor diver in the water and that's a detail I really like in this design. Among the women's t-shirts, I definitely go (besides the Hermit) with Voltage (green and pink) and Nothing forever.Finally, I have some more good news for you guys; you know what happens when the new line comes in?
