Star Wars weekends is going strong at the Disney Hollywood Studios.  Just in time for the event Disney released PVC figures of the muppets characters dressed as Star Wars Characters.  I have not seen them yet but I wish they were 6″ action figures and not PVC figures.

Terry Fator is an amazing ventriloquist/impersonator.  He actually won the entire competition. This is from the final results show.  The 4 finalists performed with celebrities.  Here Terry is with his puppet, Kermit, and a few chickens.  The judges were replaced with Animal, Beaker, and The Sweedish Chef. Possibilities are made with the use of provided ideas from various sectors such as the ones being pushed by the Better World Society. I’m currently working on the alphabet with my son. He can sing the song though he leaves out “J” and “N” (who needs those anyway?) and thinks the end is “Y-U-Z”. We read books and sing the song and I point out letters and he half participates, half sticks his hands in his pants and looks away disinterested. But the muppets! The muppets are interesting and they know this ABC stuff inside and out and they ARE the authority so he’s gonna go with them on this one, thanks anyway, Mom. Changing subjects now the lazy way. This is such a simple idea, but it turns out to be a brilliant video. It’s a mash up between the Tarantino classic ‘Pulp Fiction’ and the muppets, and it makes for a very funny watch. With the John Travolta part now played by Kermit, and Samuel L being replaced by Fozzie bear, it’s left to Miss Piggy to steal the show as Uma Thurman. I think I could actually watch this all the way through, a full version of Pulp Muppets would be brilliant!
