I’m so glad to see a Mulbery bag that I actually like. It’s the Mulberry Large Agyness Bag. The bag is in clay leather with the Mulberry plate clasp on the front. What I love about this bag is the plaited details on the sides. Lately, I have not been a big fan of Mulberry bags. Every time I have worn a Mulberry bag some of my friends have said that the bag looks like something their grandmother would wear especially pointing out to the Roxanne style. I can say that Mulberry has officially changed it’s style now and I’m glad to see a fresher look. Brit brand Mulberry seems to be doing a lot of collaborations these days. Last year, the brand collaborated with Brit designer, Giles Deacon for the 'Giles for Mulberry' Collection. When it comes to fashionable messenger bags, there is certain criteria one must meet in order to become a favorite of mine. On one hand, I like it to be rich and stylish but on the other it has to be functional enough to make it a smarter choice than just carrying a large tote or satchel.Having said that, I think Mulberry hit the nail on the head with their Litchfield Leather Messenger Bag. Last night I re- stumbled upon it in Elle (UK Edition), and guess what it said... it appeals a new customer- " the girl who doesn't want everyone to know what she's carrying. Its understated" Seriously, all I have to say is I SO CALLED THAT! Do you all recall my recent post of my rebellion of the "it" bag. Can I get a "oh snap!" Well the same Mulberry bag I blogged about also happens to be on sale now (was $995 now is $597) Take a look at the Mulberry site (http://www.mulberry.com/), its really cool and there are a bunch of non- it bags that I want.
