Indonesia's credit rating was raised by Moody's Investors Service to the highest in a decade after the government trimmed debt and boosted its currency reserves. There are days when the weather sets your mood. We all have them right? Well, I was working today, the sun was out, the temperature was hot, and I was in a chipper mood!
