These folks are overlooking one important factor; before tuition may be reimbursed, the parent/student must prove a denial of FAPE. I rediscovered SQAforums.com the other day, which is a forum for discussing testing subjects, and man is that good value for money. It’s not so much a discussion forum as a generator of confusion. Some of the invoked threads are more like begging letters for knowledge, others are written in barely understandable English and a few are just plain gibberish. One guy was going on about the German work permit rules. Give me strength. Like so many forums somebody invokes a topic for discussion and others decide to chop logic and submit contrary opinions. They talk about it and then talk some more and then a bit more and when finally the subject has had the living daylights beaten out of it and all arguements have been trashed to pieces what’s left? Everybody’s sort of standing around looking a bit dazed thinking ‘I thought I knew about that subject, obviously not’. You need an iron constitution going into them places. The furor of Titans running back LenDale White missing a voluntary practice on Tuesday has been put to rest, as Tennessee head coach Jeff Fisher said it was the result of a misunderstanding. While everyone was back at practice after having Memorial Day off for the Titans, White was not there, giving Fisher a shot to question the back. “I’m anxious to hear what kind of excuse he has,” Fisher said on Tuesday. Have you ever noticed that when you are dealing with a bureaucracy and when you checked with the head policy makers on what you are being told that suddenly the lower minions who told you something suddenly tell you that you have misunderstood what was being discussed ? My head is spinning today with one of those misunderstandings. Only this time my daughter in psych. residential was in on the "misunderstanding" and heard the same thing as I did. During our family therapy session a whole hour was spent on discussing our daughters SIPP funding running out and how a level 8 juvenile justice program was being looked into. Basically a lock up with no therapy as according to their own records she is therapy resistant. A common misunderstanding that many have. And that is: What is the difference between the program called Procreate Painter and Corel Painter? The answer is : NONE. Procreate IS Painter, the thing is that Painter was temporarily rebranded Procreate Painter during its transition into the Corel Suite of applications. According to Eonline, Tyrese's pregnant girlfriend has retracted claims via her attorney that the singer/actor hit her on the arm and leg last Thursday. The attorney added that "she became very emotional and distressed during the argument and called 911 in an attempt to get a mediator". Police did confirm to Eonline, the girlfriend had no visible injuries following the alleged incident. Though, Tyrese hadn't been charged by LAPD, he is still wanted for questioning.
