Ingredients:
1/2 oz triple sec
1 1/2 oz fresh orange juice
3 1/2 oz. chilled Champagne
orange slice for garnish
Preparation:
Build the ingredients in the order given in a Champagne flute.
Garnish with the orange slice.

Ingredienti:
Pan di Spagna
250g Farina
6 uova
150g Zucchero
1 Bustina di Vanillina oppure scorzettadi limone
1 Bustina di lievito
1 pizzico di sale
500g di pannada montare
500g di ananas sciroppata
Ricetta Mimosa:
Mettere tutti gli ingredienti in una terrina e amalgamarli insieme formando una crema e per ultimo aggiungere il livito.
Cuocere il Pan di Spagna e lasciar raffredare un paio di ore tagliarlo in 2 dischi e togliere un po di mollica che servirà in seguito.
Montare la panna,mettere un po di succo di ananas su il 1° disco e poi un po di ananas tagliata a tocchetti, poi coprire con un po di panna mettere sopra un il 2°disco fare la stessa procedura del primo disco e poi mettere tutta la panna sopra in modo da ricoprire tuttala torta poi sbriciolare la mollica che si era messa da parte e spargerla su tutta la torta
