Manchmal sieht man Dinge, die man selbst nie gebrauchen wird, die aber so gut aussehen, dass man sie gerne besitzen möchte. So war das auch mit der Midas XL8 Digital Mixer Konsole und Live Performance System. Auf dem ersten Blick fallen einem nur die Monitore und die sehr bunte Bedienoberfläche, sowie Trackballs zum steuern usw. Es schaut aus wie eine groß gewordene Musikspielkonsole und man muss einfach hingehen und Knöpfe drücken, Regler verschieben usw.
Der Midas XL8 wurde bei der Frankfurter Musikmesse 2007 aber auch für die ganzen Liveacts im großem Ageora Zelt, als als Live-Mixer eingesetzt. Also schaut nicht nur hübsch aus, sondern kann auch was. Sollte es wohl auch bei einem Verkaufspreis von ca. 350.000,- US$.
