My personal review:This is one more of those games which are enough reason to buy a very new console, in this case a PSP console. With this new metal gear, players can experience the amazing world of Kojima at any place as long as they take the console with them! Our social lives are completely ruined! Gamesradar is reporting that the last stage of MGS4 is undoubtedly going to be set in South Africa, in the remains of Outer Heaven to be exact. If you are an exceptionally dedicated gamer you may well remember that the original Metal Gear Solid game had a mercenary base in South Africa called Outer Heaven. This is probably my fave MGS4 trailer of the lot, purely because alot of the characters are shown. I can't wait to see what the deal is with Raiden, Eva and the ugly little bitch that is Olga's daughter. It's also great to have Meryl back.It was nice of Hideo to once again include a couple of black characters. One of whom is in Meryl's squad unit and will probably get headshot at some point in the game. And the second who wears lots of jewellery, is a dodgy dealer who sells guns, seems to like a bit of magic 'n voodoo and has a pet monkey. Hideo seems to be running with this guy. I wouldn't be surprised if he named him Dark Baboon and the pet monkey Mr. Ni**a. He looks like a really cool character though. It seems his purpose will be similar to that of the Merchants in Resident evil 4. Instead of playing a flat 2 dimension game, this game was Konami’s first foray at making a Metal Gear game that was in 3 dimensions. The game occurs in 2005, and Foxhound is now a terrorist organization that has no affiliation with Roy Campbell and Solid Snake. Following on from our story that Xbox 360 is Getting Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns Of The Patriots; it now seems as if those rumors are true because HMV are now taking online pre-orders in the UK. It does seem strange that HMV are taking online pre-orders of MGS 4 even before there has been any official confirmation or announcement from game maker Konami that the game is coming to the Xbox. So the question is do HMV know something that many of us do not know, or have they just got a bit confused. There must be something in it though, as HMV have the release date for Metal Gear Solid 4 on the Xbox 360 five months later than the PS3 release date.
