My personal review:This is not a very recent game or a very famous one, but the producer of the game Sid Meier sure is one of the most respected ones. The gameplay is very complete and interesting if you like to manage your own company of trains and I bet that you will fall in love with the graphics as they are amazing too! I can't really recommend this game to all, but to the fans of this kind of game this game will be what they must wanted all this Christmas Holidays... At this point people who follow the news should be familiar with the latest MySpace scandal about Megan Meier who committed suicide after a MySpace boyfriend turned on her, and she could not manage it through her own diagnosed depressive state. The weird part is that the people behind the MySpace profile of Josh, who was working on Megan Meier, were parents and adults.
What makes this creepy is that parents, adults who should have known better used a social networking system to essentially convince an already disturbed teen (by all accounts) to kill herself. While the police state that there is not a crime here, here is a moral issue here, and this is the not the first time that we have been here.

2K Games announced today that Sid Meier has been keeping busy by designing and building a new Civilization game from the ground up for next-gen consoles and handhelds - “Sid Meier’s Civilization Revolution” to be exact.
This would be the first next generation game designed by Meier. Civilization Revolution is being developed by Firaxis Games, where Meier is the Director of Creative Development, and is currently slated for a spring 2008 release.
Sid Meier: “Civilization Revolution is the game I’ve always wanted to make! We are excited to take advantage of the power of next generation consoles and the ingenuity of handhelds, to create a great and unique strategy game for newcomers to the series, as well as the millions of fans around the world who enjoy Civilization on the PC.”
Hopefully we’ll get to see some media rolling out during E3 in July.
