It was 38C, without a cloud in the sky. Armed with a bottle of water, I walked 30 mins to Chadstone (and 30 mins back). Ljungqvist believes that unless legislative changes are made, it will be significantly easier to cheat at the London games than it was at past Olympics.
Because possession of doping substances is illegal in Italy, last winter police were able to conduct a raid of Austrian rooms in Turin that uncovered a full scale doping laboratory. Under the current laws in England, police would not have been able to conduct that raid.

Mumbai, May 25 (IANS) A suspect in last week’s Mecca Masjid blast in Hyderabad has been arrested in Maharashtra, police here said Friday.
Sohaib Jagirdar was caught from his residence in Jalna near Aurangabad bordering Andhra Pradesh Thursday night in a joint operation by the security forces of the two states.
The arrest is expected to throw light on the Hyderabad blast a week ago in which 16 people were killed, including in police firing.
Krishan Pal Raghuvanshi, the Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) chief and joint commissioner of Mumbai Police, said: “One person has been arrested by a joint team of the Special Investigation Team of the Andhra Pradesh Police and the state ATS. The man is being questioned.”
