What are they?
Meal replacement diets can be bought from supermarkets and usually come with information packs including recipes, meal plans, exercise and motivational tips to help people stick to the plan. After 6 days of eating purely vegetables and fruits, I have a conclusion. They are good for health and it boosts your energy. The first two days that I tried out this diet, I felt constantly hungry and suffered a bit of a headache. However, I look at my energy levels for the past few days and noticed that I can sleep like just 3 to 4 hours and still wake up before my alarm rings.
