I am enclosing a copy of the latest email I sent to McDonalds. I'm having a problem getting them to refund an overcharge. The amount is not significant, it's the principal, but it's become even more of a moral situation since they refuse to address the issue properly. I was overcharged by 60% for a chicken sandwich. I made the mistake of moving into an up and coming community about a year ago and although it is a nice community there is just not much around in the terms of fast food. There are several new restaurants and things like that but the fast food is very limited. I have McDonald's and Burger King to choose from for lunch every day and I hate Burger King. A wet whopper for lunch is just not appealing to me at all. That is why I eat way too much at McDonald's. I like the food and all, don't get me wrong, but you can only have McDonald's so many times before everything on the menu starts getting very old very fast. Whatever will I do?

Dave and Ann Patnaude, owners of one of my favorite photography studios, McDonald Studio last week were recognized for their industry contributions by the Professional Photographers of America. I received a response in the mail from Brittnay B Gaines, customer service representative, yesterday. After I received the letter from Corporate McDonald’s, I received a letter from the owner of the store itself. The letter stated that he apologized for the problematic service and that he was addressing the issue with the management of this store. He also sent me to certificates for free happy meals and left me his number to call if I had any further problems getting Damian’s food allergies acknowledged. This one's super easy to make, plus it's low fat and delicious. The yogurt in the original is very sweet and creamy, like Yoplait. So that's the brand that you should use, although any brand of vanilla yogurt will work fine. If you use Yoplait, you'll need two 6-ounce containers of the stuff per serving. McDonald's roll-out of the BigXtra! is another bomb dropped on the battlefield of the latest burger war. Burger King took the first shot by introducing the Big King - a pretty good clone of McDonald's signature Big Mac, with a bit more meat and no middle bun. Yes, this actually exists. On an excursion through some New England states I practically drove off the road when I first saw a sign advertising lobster at this fast food chain.
