With the UFL (United Football League) being the latest in a series of spring football leagues to have challenged the dominance of the NFL, this emergence begs the question: who will do the honors of producing a video game based on Mark Cuban’s latest brainchild?
Of all of the wild items emanating from the proverbial rumor [...]
The closing keynote speaker at BlogWorld was Mark Cuban. He was speaking to the audience about his blog; and how important it is to share ideas, thoughts, etc. with his readers. He then went on a rant about how others in the media attack him and call him names; and then went to say how important it is not to respond. He then called Mr. Bill O’Reilly a Moron for his comments about Cuban, who financially backed the controversial film “Redacted” which is story about the war in Iraq that depicts the real-life rape and killing of a 14-year-old Iraqi girl by U.S. soldiers. And of course…the crowd erupted in applause.

Baseball might have a new member of the small fraternity of owners – Mark CubanAlthough Cuban is widely known as being the larger-than-life, loud and opinionate owner of the Dallas Mavericks of the NBA, he wants to bleed Cubbie Blue and make his mark known in baseball. From the AP: “Everybody thinks I'm going to be on the sidelines, in the dugout, jumping up and down. That's not where I'll be," he said on the Mike North Morning Show on radio station WSCR. "When I went to the Cubs game a couple weeks ago, I sat in the bleachers, and I'll have a seat marked out for me and my friends. We'll be out in the right-field bleachers -- that's the best place to watch a game." Tribune Co. announced six months ago that it would sell the club after the season in connection with an $8.2 billion buyout of the media conglomerate led by real estate magnate Sam Zell. But the process has moved slowly and many don't expect a sale to be completed until well into 2008. Cuban said he hasn't made a
This is everywhere of course, but I had to put it in the Book, because it's pretty funny to me. And he's still not helping the white man, though. (Video courtesy Awful Announcing) STUB HUB: The Safe Way to Buy & Sell Tickets Online

Mark Cuban is a nut case. He sold Broadcast.com to Yahoo! right before the bubble burst for $5.7 billion keeping $1.9 billion himself. He then bought the Dallas Mavericks for $280 million, which at the time was the highest price ever paid for a basketball team and now he holds the record for largest NBA fine ever when he complained about an official saying, “I wouldn’t hire him to manage a Dairy Queen.” Dairy Queen in turn invited Cuban to run a Dairy Queen for a day. So Mark did.

Mark Cuban is NOT happy with D-Wade. Not. One. Bit.
Cuban is hopping mad at an article in the Herald in which Wade takes a shot at his boy Dirk Nowitzki.
Says Wade about Dirk:
''At the end of the day,'' Wade said, "you're remembered for what you did at the end. . . . I think that's the reason -- Dirk says they gave us the championship last year, but he's the reason they lost the championship,
