TGIF: Bring on the over confident Mancs?they are going down!
Good morning Insiders, in the absence of PGL this morning, FTK has stepped into the TGIF seat, and please feel free to get stuck into the debate. I am looking forward to stuffing the arrogant mancs this weekend, so let’s gets started. The Big Issues: FTK: Well this has been one hell of a week for Arsenal [...]

This is it - Come on you Gunners - lets roll over those Mancs
This match is THE match of the season so far.  Manchester United and Arsenal are level on points at the top of the table, grnated we have a game in hand, but a win in this game will give the victors a psycholgical edge going into the busiest part of the season.  Both teams are playing brilliant attacking football with two slightly different styles; Arsenal's football is all about team play, United's slightly more about individual talent within the team.  Both teams are defending very well right now and look very solid at the back in open play.  United will be a bigger threat from set pieces as we lack the dominance in the air they have.  Aswell as a solid goalkeeper in Van Der Saar they have defenders who are capable of starting attacks while keeping it tight at the back.  United have a perfect blend in Ferdinand and Vidic.  The latter can dominate in the air with his partner having the pace to track players on the

Striking Partnerships Against The Mancs – The Dilemma
Morning all, I read that Gilberto has finally decided that he will listen to Le Boss and play against Sheffield United in the Carling Cup tonight, but the fact that there are so many "Gilberto plays his face, or throws his toys out of the pram" stories in the media, rather suggests that he will be departing THOF in the January transfer window. It is such a pity that his career at the Arsenal should end with less than good feelings all round. Or should we blame the media again for making mischief? Ok to the topic at hand…Does anyone know which formation will be played against ManU? A cautious Arsene Wenger employs his 4-5-1 formation, but at home why be cautious. ManU will expect that Arsenal will come hard at them early on, so they will be in defensive mode, expecting to hit us on the break, with the likes of Ronaldo and Wayne Rooney. Personally, I hope that Arsene throws caution to the winds and plays an expansive 4-4-2. If this formation is employed

      At home with the Mancs..
Work was dead Friday. Karl had some bad news, so went home (not looking himself at all) and by 3 o’clock there were very few of us left in the building at all! By 5 me and Crit had had enough, and decided to bugger off home, as there was no point sitting around doing nothing for another half an hour. So on the way home I bought myself a good few bottles of beer, and decided to make a night of it in front of the telly, waiting for the highlight of the nights telly…. REBUS! I love programs like this and Taggart Was left signed into MSN throughout the night, and whilst sat on the settee, noticed a someone trying to talk to me. Turned out to be Nemma, so had a chat with her, and we seemed to have the same idea! We were just waiting for Rebus to start. Only problem being I was that knackered that I found myself thinking about watching it in bed… Bad idea! I watched the first half hour, then turned it off! So Nemma… What happened in the end? ha ha Found myself

Kick em while theyre down: Mancs rob from burnt building
The NQ Fire may have put an office block out of commission for a week or two but that hasn't put the burglars off. They put on their wellies and robbed 24 Lever Street of laptops, a hifi and some CD's. After all the press coverage around the Liverpool goalkeeper's burglary, I wonder if this will get any press coverage. The shouts of 'Thieving scousers' have died down, and it seems that we're no better than our scouse neighbours.Whathappenedlastnight guide to Manchester

FA Youth Cup v The Mancs
I took my daughter to the Emirates for her first game today. Firstly lets get the disappointments out of the way; No traditional burger vans around the stadium, we were looking forward to a nice greasy, tasty burger with onions on our walk from Arsenal tube, sadly there were none. We decided to get something to eat inside instead, unfortunately most of the food bars were closed, we queued up fortwenty minutes to get some food, when we got to the front of the queue, we were told that the pies were sold out (again, I have tried to get one before), this window also did not do burgers and we did not have time to queue again, the choice was hot dog or pizza slice; we went for two hot dogs and a coke, but the coke was not working we were told, so only fanta or sprite, yuk! Katherine chose a sprite which was sweet and sickly, but she liked it. The were also no serviettes on the counter, I had to ask three times before the member of staff understood and then had to wait for her to find them.
