She is articulate and beautiful.HOWEVER, in MDG, she came across to me as very CONDESCENDING especially towards Kenny Sia. I mean duh......3 of you are the judges. All 3 of you are experts in your own field. She should show some respect to Kenny instead of dominating decisions and always putting kenny down as if he is some small boy who doesn't know a thing about models or fashion. The GE2008 is also a monumental historic event in Malaysia that reflected the unity of the Malays, the Chinese and the Indians is not far-fetched.After the GE2008, the Malaysian Prime Minister has again vouched that he is the Prime Minister of all races and will be fair to all. Malaysian Election Result - Is this what the people really wanted? (10)
Now is the time for cooler heads to prevail. Why talks about toppling government? Why calls for resignation of the prime minister? Yes, Abdullah Ahmad Badawi is responsible for the poor showing but bear this in mind and these are facts:More than half the electorate that came out to vote casted their votes to the incumbent.Whether embattled or not, Abdullah must now reform his administration to regain the people's faith. He stood for election. Those calling for his resignation did not contest, with one being a first time voter (the person had admitted so).In their eagerness to call for his resignation, what are the alternatives? Have we considered what will happen after this? Stop looking for someone to blame. Look at the bigger picture. It is rather peculiar why so many people (or is it real

Aftermath of 2008 Malaysian Election – Redefining Anti-Islam
All of a sudden, I can see that some parties in Malaysia are busy redefining the very meaning of Anti-Islam. Their intentions as far as I’m concerned are nothing but blatant attempts to further misguide Muslims here in Malaysia. Stop playing with words and redefinitions, Muslims are not stupid. As a Muslim, I found it funny to see that our Non-Muslims think Islam is only about fasting, praying and paying alms. Sure, those are three of our five main pillars of Islam but let me get this clear to all Non-Muslims out there. Islam is more than that. Islam is Ad-Deen, a ‘Way of Life’. Well, politicians will be politicians, no matter what promises made.Anyway, seeing the fondness of our local bloggers to get news from foreign sources, especially reports that is critical of the ruling coalition, a friend pointed out this from the UK-based New Statesman. Why is this op-ed printed in the Asian Wall Street Journal first? Ok, apart from calming investors' jitters, what about attempts to assuage the die hard supporters of parties that make up the Government? I would be more worried about Malaysians first, seeing that they are the ones who voted. Next step would be the investors, who invest to ensure that the voters would have jobs. My reasoning is simple, no voters no government and no government no investors. This certainly makes me wonder but then again, I guess this would be his advisers' idea (duh...)
