Michael Richards’ racist rant: When the former “Seinfeld” star shocked a comedy club audience with a hateful tirade against hecklers, it was the N-word heard ’round the world. At least the incident prompted a public discussion of the controversial term’s use
What's up my nigga'?My fellow beleaguered entertainer. So sorry to hear about your predicament. Actually, I'm not really sorry. I'm actually quite thankful that you're finally taking the attention off of me! Then again, every time someone says that the attention is off of me, by virtue of mentioning my name again in connection with a racist incident, the attention goes back on me. So...I change my mind. Fuck you.Sorry about that. I'm still a little pissed about what happened to me. I can totally sympathize with you, dawg. You been set up by da man! Good ole' Uncle Charlie. Yup, you been set up like a dog on a porch in the summer. Mmmm hmmm.Anyway, since I've been through the grinder already, I have a couple of tips for you so you don't make this mistake again.1. If you're going to be racist, go whole hog. Don't just stick with a pathetic "nappy headed hos" comment. I suggest you stand onstage in a club and yell the N-word as loud as you can repeatedly. It worked well for me.
Red Robin” that Bill and I like to frequent on weekends. I particularly like their Nacho Wraps and Whiskey River Chicken Wraps…but I digress.
This restaurant has about 250 locations, but I have only been to three. These restaurants have as a decorating trademark various pictures, photographs, and old movie posters. One of the pictures I saw in several of the locations was Michael Richards’ character Kramer (from the Seinfeld show for those who you who have been hibernating for the past 12 years). You may recall that Michael Richards got in a spot of trouble a month or two ago when he used the “N” word several times (as well as other racial slurs) in response to some black men talking during his standup comedy performance. Pundits predicted the end of Richard’s career. I thought what he did was inexcusable, but I really thought this would blow over as things in the entertainment industry usually do (as did the Mel Gibson debacle).
Apparently I was wro
click here for exclusive audio from Rev. Jackson's interview with Michael Richards.Michael Richards claims that humiliation caused him to embark on his spew of racial epitaphs. We all deal with humiliation differently. When I'm humiliated, you can find me alone in the closet with an Alden Merrill cheesecake. But this isn't about me.Michael Richards apologized today during an in-studio interview with Reverend Jesse Jackson for his racist tirade last week. But he doesn't know just how sorry he's going to be. According to City News The two men who were the target of a racist tirade by former Seinfeld star Michael Richards are demanding a personal apology and their lawyer has suggested the comic could avoid a lawsuit with a monetary settlement.Frank McBride and Kyle Doss say they were at a West Hollywood comedy club last week with about 20 other people to celebrate a friend's birthday. Their attorney, Gloria Allred, claims they were ordering some drinks when Richards singled them o
Michael Richards went off on two black audience members who were heckling the comedian during a show at the Laugh Factory in West Hollywood. He unleashed the "N" bomb about 10 times, taunting the two men with slurs and profanities. Some people in the audience walked out, as Richards repeatedly used the N-word.Here is what this dumbass had to say:"Fifty years ago we'd have you upside down with a fucking fork up your ass." Richards continued, "You can talk, you can talk, you're brave now motherfucker. Throw his ass out. He's a nigger! He's a nigger! He's a nigger! A nigger, look, there's a nigger!" The crowd is visibly and audibly confused and upset. Richards responds by saying, "They're going to arrest me for calling a black man a nigger."Here is the clip of him making an ass out of himself. I'm sure Big Eddie Ed will have something to say about this....
Dear Black People,I love you very much. Contrary to popular opinion, I'm not a racist. I love all black people, and all their black things like watermelons and fried chicken. How could I be a racist when I love KFC? You may not know this, but I wrote several Seinfeld episodes to be performed in blackface. They didn't perform them, but obviously I wouldn't have written those scenes if I didn't love black people. Look, this whole "n" word controversy is so blown out of proportion. Let me tell you, there isn't a person on earth who loves black people more! I love to talk with them, have sex with them, and even consume them as part of a six course meal. I love them that much! I just want to eat them up!You know who else I love? Chinks, or Chinamen as you may know them. They're so cuddly and Asian. I once had sex with a beautiful Asian women and instantly got better at math. It's true. Genital to genital contact with an Asian person increases your math and science skills. I urge you
[UPDATE ] Check out the interview on CNN with the victims I usually don't get involved with celebrity news but this REALLY caught my attention. First Mel, then Arnold and now this! Who would've thought Kramer was racist? The things he said during his comedy show are RIDIC & his apology leaves alot to be desired. During his Letterman Apology when asked what he would've said if the heckler would have been Caucasian or another race....he creatively danced around the question. He repeatedly referred to African Americans as as Afro-Americans. Even the Letterman audience couldn't take him seriously because they were laughing throughout his apology. What do you think of his comments? Leave your thoughts below.
Since I spent some time railing about Mel Gibson's vicious anti-semitic rant, it's only fair I comment on the latest "celebrity gone mad", Michael Richards. His deeply racist, hateful spew was captured on someone's cellphone camera. (I won't show it here, but you can see it just about anywhere.)Here's what we know:Richard's career has been moribund since Seinfeld went off the airHe didn't work stand-up in his early days. He was a sketch artist (If you're of a certain age, you might remember him from the short-lived SNL clone, Fridays. Larry David (Seinfeld, Curb Your Enthusiasm) was also on this show. The heckler who first taunted him wasn't African-American.A few days prior to the well-publicized meltdown, Richard's performance included vicious attacks on women and Jews (Richards is Jewish.)Some comics pushed the envelope with great regularity - Andy Kaufman, Richard Pryor, Lenny Bruce, Sam Kinison. These guys were genius. (I might add Sascha Baron Cohen (Barat) to the mix,
