Tuesdays with Twiggers: Little by little my love for Louis Vuitton has been waning. I have been experiencing this irresistible urge for soft, smooshy leather in bold, bright colors. Britney was sued by Louis Vuitton and apparently she lost the lawsuit! Which I suppose is understandable since it is so light-weight and has very convenient handles.The price of the Neverfull is also pretty good. My guess is that Louis Vuitton was aiming at creating a bag that would be at the "entry level" as is the Speedy. It's a good looking bag, it comes in three sizes, it has the traditional monogram canvas - that is pretty much what Louis Vuitton newbees look for! So, if you are new to Louis Vuitton and desperatelly want a bag of theirs - this is a good opportunity! The first part of the show included a lot of 1950's style clear perspex nurse uniforms worn over bright coloured mini dresses. They had white nurses hats with a single red letter on the front, spelling out "Louis Vuitton". The clothing was kept relatively plain to highlight the bright coloured totes which were being carried. The bags came in a range of shapes and sizes although the oversized trend was still important.
