A daily dose of cod liver oil can cut painkiller use in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Taking 10 grams of cod liver oil each day reduces the need for non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) by 30 percent.
Patients in the study were either given cod liver oil or a placebo. After 12 weeks, they were asked to gradually reduce their use of NSAIDs. 39 percent taking cod liver oil reduced their daily dose of NSAIDs, compared with 10 percent taking a placebo. The reduction in drug use was not associated with any worsening of pain or the disease.

All of a sudden I am chopped liver in the eyes of my son. Since coming back from Sesame place a few days ago Eli has not wanted me like he did before. I am talking about a giant swing of behavior. For example, Eli during the Sesame trip only wanted to be held by me. If Jodi even attempted to do anything he would scream for me. Even when pushing the stroller it had to be me (unless he was sleeping). Now, he won’t even give me a hug and a kiss and is latched on to Jodi non-stop.

In their study involving liver function in obese rats, the researchers said they found that rimonabant reduced markers of liver damage, decreased levels of pro-inflammatory proteins, and improved lipid profiles.
Male obese rats were given rimonabant orally daily for 8 weeks and had their food intake monitored; control animals received the same amount of food as those receiving rimonabant.

After coming off of the 1 yr. of medications unfortunately my Hep C viral level went up to 4 million—this was an unexpected set back.
It appears that the virus hid in some FATTY LIVER, and that made it undetectable. Due to the medications I also may have developed PRE-DIABETES.
