      Lillica Libertine
I've mentioned Nottingham based producer Lillica Libertine on ML before, but recently i've just been caining his tunes so i felt the need to bring him up again. In particular his last single, "Manhunt" which came out a few months ago on french label Place Blanche, is just an absolute head beater of a track. When someone lists The Locust alongside the French House scene as influences, you know you'r

      I Love Libertine!
Is anyone else super-excited about Target's newest Go International line, Libertine?! They debuted the line this weekend (and unfortunately I've been out of town and unable to see it in person...) but so far from what I've seen and heard, I'm impressed. It's a mix of adorably-feminine stuff...blouses with big, girly bows, ruffles and lace detailing, prepster pieces with a bit of a hard edge...like their embroidered skirt with whale and skull-and-crossbones detailing (think J. Crew gone punk)...and lower-priced versions of their famous screen-printed t-shirts (like birds, trees, and skulls). I especially love their navy blue blazer with white piping...very fresh and chic...and their black and white lace bolero...vintage-inspired and at the same time modern. It's an eclectic collection that suits anyone from prepsters to punky gals...this may be Target's best Go International collection yet! Pick up a little Libertine at Target locations or Target.com.

Style Watch: Libertine & Erin Fetherston for Target
The "sneak peak":I definitely cant wait to see this collection in person. Its diverse in the sense that some pieces look like grown up baby clothes, some look like refurbished vintage, a few items are clear knock offs from existing designs and other simply look like they belong at Target. I must say, I love the sweet looking heart handbag, it is so Happy Valentines Day circa 1st grade card exchange. Photo Cred: ShopDiary.com

Libertine by Vivienne Westwood : Perfume Review
Libertine... Gluttonous abandon, hedonistic encounters... The word brings many associations to mind, but perhaps most salient to me are the wordy, loquacious, sometimes downright pleonastic writings of the time. But no matter which association my wandering mind stumbles upon, the perfume itself seems incongruent with its gifted name. No, I do not mean that this is a fragrance with mass-market

      The Libertine - 4/10
John Wilmot aka The Earl of Rochester is a poet / writer living in the XVII century in England. He is well known as a cynical, alcoholic and sex-addict man but is quite respected in the intellectual world for his work. I’ve been a bit disturbed by this movie as I didn’t whether it left me a good or bad impression. I liked Depp’s performance but found the movie itself quite boring and pretentious but quite liked the last 20 minutes or so. So in the end, I can’t say it is a great movie but there are some good bits in it that might interest some of you.
