Ingredienti:800 gr di fesa di vitello, farina, burro, 1 litro circa di latte, sale.Preparazione:Legate il pezzo di carne per tenerlo in forma durante la cottura. Poi passatelo nella farina e scuotetelo per eliminarne l'eccesso. In una casseruola fate fondere 75 gr di burro, adagiatevi la carne e fatela colorire da tutte le parti, rigirandola con una paletta, per non pungerla e non farne uscire i succhi. Quando la carne sarà ben dorata bagnatela con 2 mestoli di latte caldo, coprite il recipiente e fatela cuocere per 2 ore scarse, unendo a mano a mano il restante latte, sempre caldo. Ultimata la cottura tenete l'arrosto al caldo, passate il sugo al frullatore, poi rimettetelo nella casseruola e unitevi una noce di burro e un cucchiaino di farina. Lasciate addensare leggermente il sugo, poi versatelo sulla carne che avrete affettato e disposto sul piatto di portata caldo.

A few minutes sitting in a coffee bar before a meeting today. I was a little early and picked a place at random in Fleet Street to sit and catch up on a few emails. Turns out one of the people I was meeting was in another coffee bar around the corner. Fleet Street is the area where the major newspapers used to operate before they all modernised and moved out of the centre. There's still a good legacy of wine bars and pubs in the area and you can spot some suitably business-like people emerging from "The Old Bell Tavern" across the road from where I was sitting. Nowadays there's still good business from the legal profession, investment banks and accountants in the area and along the road are the Law Court Chambers, often featured on the television news. A short walk in the other direction is the equally famous Old Bailey, site of many famous trials.The main traffic of buses, taxis, white vans and bicycles is indicative of the area in the centre of the Congestion Charge zone and later
I love coffee, thats the only reason I’m posting this, and the fact that I have been so busy lately I haven’t had time to write lately. So instead of writing I thought I would post this video from the AP about Latte Art becoming popular in NYC. You know the reporter must have been lazy, because a New York Times article about Latte Art’s popularity was published last year in this very same week. Anyways, if your local barista can crank out drinks like these, they probably know what they are doing. Now if you’ll excuse me, I’ll go get some coffee while you watch the video below…

Ingredienti:500 gr di lombata di maiale disossata, 200 gr di latte, 30 gr di burro, sale, pepe.Preparazione:Legate il pezzo di lombata e mettetelo in una casseruola che lo contenga a misura, dove avrete fatto sciogliere il burro. Ouch. A recent New York Times guest column by Stanley Fish, law professor at FIU, got raked over the coals by Slate.com and is featured on Poynter.org's Romenesko site, http://www.poynter.org/column.asp?id=45.
Slate author Ron Rosenbaum suggests that Fish's "Getting Coffee Is Hard To Do" column might just be the worst ever written.
"At the very least, Fish's column showcases what happens when certain academics descend from the ivory tower to offer us their special insights on popular culture," Rosenbaum writes. "Our professor seems to think he has encountered a brand-new cultural phenomenon: coffee places that are disturbingly different from the lunch counters of yesteryear."

I am a big fan of Splenda, I have been since it first became widely available in the United States. I am signed up to receive recipes and emails from them and this one grabbed my attention immediately. Coffee and whipped cream!? What could be better on a hot summer day! And using the half and half (or even cream) would make it a low carb option as well. Mmmmm.

Cinnamon and espresso are the key ingredients in this recipe, so I was off to get some espresso.
