450 Gramm Mehl
250 Gramm Puderzucker (Süßstoff)
150 Gramm Joghurt (0.1 % Fett)
1 Päckchen Vanillezucker
 1/4 TL. Gewürzmischung für Plätzchen
120 Gramm Halbfettmargarine
Die Zubereitung:
Sehr einfach, alle Zutaten zu einem Teig kneten (am besten mit der Hand) , das ganze für ca. 1 Stunde ab in den Kühlschrank. Nun formen wir die typischen Kipferl und ab damit in den Backofen bei 180 Grad für 10 Minuten.
Nach dem Backen ein wenig Puderzucker drüber und servieren.
Schlank machen die Plätzchen natürlich nicht, aber das sollte man auch nicht erwarten zu Weihnachten.
