Korean MMORPG

A Korean MMORPG by Min Communications that I recently discovered while browsing through GameWallpapers.ru. I don't actually play this game (or most of the other games whose wallpapers I write about regularly) but I do like the character designs for this MMORPG. This game is (apparently) set in a Japanese campus-style world, which explains why the female characters look like schoolgirls. Skyblade is another MMORPG with Asian influences - in this case Chinese mythology. The wallpapers feature the twelve animals of the Chinese zodiac redrawn as demons and decked in medieval Chinese armor and weapons.It's a visual feast for those interested in Chinese style armor - highly detailed and possibly with more ornamental than practical purpose. RF Online by CCR Inc is probably one of the more well known Korean MMORPG outside Korea due to Codemasters publishing and distributing it internationally. This MMORPG by HanbitSoft (described as a neo-oriental fantasy game by its creators) draws its influences from Hindu mythology. Dragon Raja is a Korean MMORPG by Barunson Interactive. The character designs are a nice departure from the usual cutesy anime designs popular in Korean MMORPG like Ragnarok Online. Soul of the Ultimate Nation is a Korean MMMORPG by Webzen. Official English site is at Webzen but I found their Korean site to have more stuff like concept art here and wallpapers here.If you're really interested in the game itself, check out Soul of the Ultimate Nation @ Gameamp for more information. It appears to be in beta for Korean players currently.The concept art for this game looks very good, especially the hulking armor-clad death knights.
