I suppose there are a number of reasons people write blogs. From what I have seen a large number of folks get into it for the money. But for most, it is just grown up show and tell.I started a blog about a year ago on Yahoo 360, which is an inferior MySpace clone. I got into it because a little bit of me sometimes goes a long way. Q: I have been a runner for over 35 years now and I have always wondered what the effects of this may be on my knees and other joints. I have been noticing some stiffness and slight pain at times lately. Most of this is when I am cold and have not warmed up yet. I want to continue to run indefinately for the fantastic health benefits. I am presently taking 2000mg Glucosomine Sulfate a day for my knees. Any other suggestions?A: This is my 39th year of running and many of them in the 80s were highly competitive where I would race once or twice a month and frequently finish in the top ten.  However, I haven't really raced since the 80s and now only run to stay fit.It is my belief that you glucosamine is unnecessary if you are structurally balanced and eating properly. Exercise will dynamically improve your bones unless you have an injury that limits it. If you are having problems I would suggest seeing a chiropractor or personal trainer that is skilled in muscle activation technique

Perfectly encapsulating what it is like to be a cat's human this is supremely wonderful. Hospital was terrible today . Mum is so depressed. She is in pain and can barelt walk. She believes that she "is on her way out". I wish that she would start getting better I cant cope with this pressure. Holby City had me weaping like a baby tonight. My pants pull above the knees. It drags from the side towards the part just above the knee in the front. The pants look great when I?m standing still, but it pulls when walking. It?s very uncomfortable so I need a solution. I?ve felt this in all different types of pants from slim jeans to wide trousers, so I don?t think it has anything to do with the width of the pants leg. I don?t think it has to do with the length of the crotch because it feels right. The crotch don't hang down towards the knees. In books I?ve looked in they only write about pants pulling in the front crotch or the upper part of the thighs. I?ve tried many different solutions, but nothing helps. I?ve added and taken off extra length to the front crotch and back crotch in different combinations. Added or taken in the side seam and the in seam of the leg. Have I missed the right combination of changes or is it something very different? I would be very thankful for any help. It's a big problem that I can?t solve.
