I don’t think I’ve posted about my retarded cat before!? Anyways, this is him! He’s called Hendrix, and he has an inner ear problem. His balance is, well he doesn’t have any balance. He’s got a bladder problem, and he runs sideways (I think he has a curved spine or something), hehe! It all stems from generations of interbreeding I think, he must be something like his own uncle.
I rescued him from a phsyco with a pitbull about five years ago. This guy was evil, he had about 2 dozen cats and a couple of pitbulls. The rest of the story you can imagine. Thankfuly that was stopped pretty quickly and most of the cats were re-homed.
Anyways, I rescued the runt of the litter (he looked like he might be the first to be picked off), carried him home in my jacket pocket, and named him Hendrix.

I chose to serve the 2003 Ridge Independence School Zinfandel, thinking that grape would be a nice match for the blue cheese, as well as the spicy components of the mustard and garlic. It was. Almost qualified as ‘a feel-good movie’ and while not quite making it (think Billy Elliot, The Full Monty), it was still a good choice.
