The other day, specifically May 31 to be exact, I had an encounter with Miami’s finest, DJ Khaled, and we had a nice conversation/interview. Being that DJ Khaled is a man with many accomplishments under his belt such as having one of the hottest collaborations in music out on radio airwaves now, one would think he would come off with a stereotypical celebrity attitude, but instead, I was uplifted with his energy and positive attitude.Born Khaled Khaled in New Orleans, LA, DJ Khaled (as we all know him now) always conveyed he always had a passion for music. He mentioned that his career began as on air personality at his college radio station. He later went on to eventually land a gig with an underground radio station in Miami. As time progressed, so did his career.
