This was a video that Joe Lauzon put together two days before his fight with K-Flo. I was going back and forth while deciding whether or not I should add this video, but I couldn't help to think how embarrassing it must feel to make such an unprofessional video and get your ass handed to you days later. Maybe there was comic humor to it, but I thought it was simply idiotic. At least it wasn't him in the video and it was his brother doing the acting. What's everyone's take on this?
