I took my wife to her doctor appointment at Kaiser Permanente in Sacramento. I took my pens and drawing booklet and started sketching. I did several sketches that were OK but this one I liked the best. The man was sitting directly opposite me so I had a good view. He did not know I was drawing him and he stayed still for me. At first glance it appears that the TyTNII aka Tilt (check out the slanted screen), aka 8925 is just another HTC, and well it pretty much is. Other then the very cool slide out and up keyboard design, Wi-Fi, GPS, HSPDA, nothing really has changed. They are about overdue for a product design overhaul if you ask me. HTC announced this morning that the TyTN II, will be available in Europe starting in September from Orange. T-Mobile will follow suit in October. The posthumous award will be presented by the Kenya Human Rights Commission during the Catholic priest's memorial ceremony tomorrow. According to the commission, the award was in recognition of Fr Kaiser's dedication to the pursuit of human rights and justice for Kenyans. A statement from the Catholic Church said during his 36 years in Kenya, Fr Kaiser advocated against land grabbing and corruption. "An outspoken critic of the Moi regime, he worked tirelessly for the rights of the poor and marginalised in society," said the Catholic Justice and Peace Commission. The cleric was killed six years ago in mysterious circumstances at Morendat junction on the Nakuru-Naivasha road. But Mr Francis Kantai, of the Catholic Justice and Peace commission, revealed the alleged plot to the priest and informed him that he was to be given Sh100,000 to poison him. The court is this week expected to inquire into a theory that the cleric committed suicide. Detectives from the Federal Bureau of Investigations, who are behind the suicide theory, are expected to take the witness stand to defend their findings. The Catholic Church has rejected the FBI stand, insisting the missionary was killed. The Nation has established that the court has issued witness summons for the FBI detectives to appear. Lawyer Mbuthi Gathenji, who is representing the Catholic Church, said summons had already been sent to the US embassy through the Attorney-General's Office. Yours Truly, Angry Mob is the second album by English rock band Kaiser Chiefs. Once again produced by Stephen Street, producer of the band's debut album Employment, Yours Truly, Angry Mob is lyrically darker and more socially aware than its precedessor, with tracks dealing with street crime, violence, fame, and the inaccuracy of tabloid articles.Kaiser Chiefs were formed by school friends Nick Hodgson, Simon Rix and Nick Baines. They were later joined by Andrew White and art school graduate and Ricky Wilson, who they spotted singing with a Rolling Stones tribute band. Originally they were named Parva.
