This week has been bad for me … I have been trying to deal with the events in my life in positive way. I can’t help but think that these events are a sign to start doing the things that I want to do with my life and stop trying to please other people.
But despite all the bad things that I am going through today was a truly uplifting day for me. I met one of my favorite artists ever, a true inspiration to everything I myself create: Junko Mizuno
It was awesome finally meeting her and telling her how much her work means to me. Shes signed my 2 new Kidrobot/Junko dolls and some of her comics that I own.
Take a look at the toys after the break …

I almost had a meltdown when I saw these. I had known that they were releasing the nurse figure but not the director. Pure Trance is my favorite Junko manga and I am beyond excited that these are coming out and I think I may have to take off from work the day these come out. Both figures are limited to only 500, for $75 each, released on October 11th.
