Juicy Couture has made a lot of strides as of late. Before if I heard the brand’s name or saw it plastered across a velour-clad behind, I’d just roll my eyes, but this year they’ve made me reconsider. I like that cute red double-breasted coat that got everyone talking, and I think this bowler bag is luscious. The red and gold mix is sumptuous, no? And the ruching is a nice touch. The Wide-Leg Jean from Juicy Couture does indeed have a fabulously wide leg. Love the Nelson wash, a medium blue color with mild distressing throughout. These jeans have a bit of stretch to them to make them very flattering and comfortable. This of-the-moment stylish silhouette is attractive on many body-types (unlike skinny jeans), just make sure to wear fitted style tops with them. $188. Shop here.

Juicy Couture bags have come a long way since terry cloth companions to the once ubiquitous sweatsuits. Lately, they've been much more toned down - simple leather satchels, hobos and totes, with a few Juicy details, like chains or charms. In my opinion, Juicy bags may never reach 'It' status, but the designs have been good enough to justify a purchase.However, this atrocity, the Georgia Patchwork Hobo, should never be seen in public. At least, not on anyone's arm. This bag represents Juicy at its absolute worst. Brown, tan, cream and black leather pieces are slapped patch-worked together and centered with the ugliest crest I have ever seen. The wrapped shoulder strap has contrasting pieces of cream and tan leather at each end to further the ugly. The price is even more atrocious - $395.What's your take? Haute or not?

When I think of Palm Beach i think of bleached blonde hair, frosty pink lipstick and a fake tan. This also holds true for my thoughts on Fort Lauderdale, Boca and Tampa.
