"Talk 2 Em'" seems to be getting the most attention from people that have heard Mood Muzik 3. Why did you decide to go at Jay-Z?Joe Budden: That's exactly how I felt. On Mood Muzik, the stage is all Joe Budden so I get to do exactly what I want. It was disrespectful, but it was a diss with a point: Stop rapping. Hang it up. You're getting paid to be a president. Be a president. We loved you as a rapper. One of the best to ever do it. Now it's time to do some other things.Everybody is calling American Gangster a concept album. It's a Jay-Z album. He's talking about the same exact sh*t he's talking about on Reasonable Doubt. He needs to be a president and start putting out some f*ck*ng artists.Full StoryJoe Budden really did present a good challenge to Jay-Z on that track, but Budden, you got to put a classic out before you even mention Jay's name.

Here we have a feel good song from the M.I.A. Joe Budden. Don’t you love when rappers come out with the feel good songs depicting struggling in urban environments and slanging to survive, it always brings a tear to my eyes. Until their next single drops and its nothing but jiggling bootie muscles, fancy cars and how they where moguls of their neighborhood narcotics market.
Joe still has that intricate wordplay that solidified his talent, but I’m still waiting for him to create a real banger. Mood Muzik 3: It’s About To Get Worse mixtape drops December, while The Growth should be on shelves this January. Check the video after the jump. (more…)
