Isiah Thomas back in the cream and crimson
In the aftermath of his coaching debacle with the New York Knicks, Isiah Thomas is apparently back in the fold in Bloomington helping to rebuild the program he once led to a national championship. Via a tipster, here’s a link to Isiah hamming it up with Christian Watford, who attended the Elite Camp this weekend [...]

Funny Videos - Reporters Going Crazy - Isiah Thomas
Reporter Flips Out on FunnyOrDie.com This reporter flips out after a bug flies into his mouth. What’s great about this video is the reporter is on my local fox affiliate. I’ll go ahead and point out the obvious. There’s something about a black reporter and sounding like a white guy on camera. If you liked this [...]

So They Got D'Antoni. They're Still The Knicks. They Still Have Isiah.
I didn't come right out with this because I wanted to reflect a bit first. I've already stated my opinion on this from the Suns should have kept D'Antoni angle. So know I'm going to look at it from the Knicks end of things. Or at least give it the old college try.The Knicks have 3 basic options right now.The status quo. They trade youth for veterans or take on more contracts. Most likely this invo

      Isiah Thomas Bites The Dust
After all the determined talk in recent weeks about soldiering on, even as his nameplate was removed from the team president’s door, Thomas had to all but admit he was coaching his last game... [[ This is a content summary only. Visit my website for full links, other content, and more! ]]

Day 168 of 170: Isiah Thomas Wants a Parade
Looks like NBA.com might be shutting it down for the year with some kind of fake ankle injury. Let’s roll on with the GMTR scores (close to the NBA ones, only like any good politician, they go negative). It’s a sad, sad day. Isiah Thomas has probably/likely/with all certainty coached his last game at Madison Square [...]

      Isiah Thomas as a coach?
As a kid growing up in Michigan while Mr. Thomas played at Detroit naturally I was a fan of his and the bad boys of Detroit. As a coach I have struggled to be impressed considering his lacking record as just a coach of the unimpressive Knicks of 53-102. Can it be entirely blamed on the coach, not exactly but considering that he obviously isn't getting through to the players. While many teams struggle with cohesiveness due to the free agency and dissatisfied players wanting to move on. The struggles cannot be entirely blamed on the coaching staff or just Mr. Thomas. But, he must make a greater effort to reach his players. Allowing the street-ball mentality of many players who grow up in the projects longing for the day when they play in the NBA is only making the argument for removing him f

Donnie Walsh set to be hired today: This could be it for Isiah
The Knicks are expected to turn over all basketball operations to the Bronx-born Donnie Walsh today. This hiring will be the end for the four year run of Isiah Thomas. Thomas is expected to end the season but that will be all she wrote for Zeke. Along with the firing of Thomas, Walsh is also expected [...]

Isiah Thomas: It’s different when white people call women “bitches”
At the end of this article Allahpundit asks if his fellow bloggers ever feel as if they are writing the same posts again and again. The answer is yes but evidently, some people need to be reminded regularly of their own hypocrisy and lies. Isiah Thomas is just one amongst many. ~RJH HotAir article link Isiah Thomas: It’s different when white people call women “bitches”posted at 7:28 pm on September 18, 2007 by Allahpundit Actually, that headline’s not fair. It’s different when white people call black women “bitches,” he says. Or rather, it’s different when white men call black women “bitches,” but maybe not when white women do. Or is it? Savor the flavor, my friends, as one of the NBA’s greatest guards sketches out a race/gender matrix so nuanced that only one conclusion may be safely drawn — that for Zeke, as between black men and women, “bitch” is very much on the table. In a videotaped deposition played for the jury at fired Knicks exec Anucha Browne Sanders’ sexual h

      Isiah Thomas Gets Contract Extension
It was very unclear to everyone whether or not Isiah Thomas would return as coach of the New York Knicks next year. The Knicks have shown improvement from last year, but are still not performing to expectations. But, there's improvement nonetheless. The Knicks currently have six more wins than they had last year, and actually have the possibility to make the playoffs. In return, Thomas was granted a multi-year contract extension. In the beginning, I was almost positive that Thomas would be a great coach for the Knicks. Recently, I've been questioning my previous statements. But, with this extension, I'm positive again that he will do the Knicks good in the long-run.For the news release, click here.

      Isiah Thomas situation.
It was reported on ESPN this morning that Isiah Thomas not only is being kept on with no title or job description, which is weird enough, but that he is barred from having contact with the team. This is becoming one of the strangest situations we have ever seen ...
