This is a simple recipe and great to warm you up on cold days
Ingredients
750g stewing beef
3 large carrots (peeled and thickly sliced)
1large cooking onion diced
1beef stock cube
350mls hot water
1 tsp cornflour
Tomato purée
Salt and pepper to season
Medium sized potatoes, peeled and washed
Note- this can be made in a large pot on the hob or in a casserole dish in the oven.
